    Plumbers from ACA came out on 11/5/22. They fixed an issue with my bathrooms. In the process of this, they broke my guest bathroom's drain in the tub. I have called and called since then and cannot get anyone to come back and fix it. They are continuing to give me the run around. And today on 11/15/22 the same issue that they fixed on 11/5/22 happened again.

Firstly, we acknowledge that we failed to communicate with you properly regarding your issues. There should have been another service call set up and a call to you for scheduling. We did receive a message from our third party answering service and we failed to contact you back, for that we deeply apologize. However, we did return to make the repair to your tub drain and unstop your sewer line again at no cost to you. Typically, we do not warranty sewer stop ups at all, since we have no knowledge of what is in the sewer line. These repairs were made before we had any indication you made a complaint against us. We do take responsibility for the miscommunication within the plumbing department. We hope you receive this sincere apology and have a Happy Thanksgiving along with a Merry Christmas.
