    I ordered a gift for my Granddaughter and was charged $399.99 on 12/8. They informed me the product was in stock and I would receive the item by 12/25. The only point of contact is via email or chat. I have tried both numerous times, and they promised I would receive the item by 12/23. They said the item would ship on 12/19. I tracked the shopping info they supplied and found they never shipped the item. However, they took the money from my account and will not return my emails or chats. Please advise.

    bad customer service and products!bought a utv for my grand kids, came broken in delivery?? waited 3 months for parts. got to ride it maybe 3 times before the snow then a rear motor is out! back and forth with them for another 4-5 months. Finally had to buy a motor from them and was delivered but wrong!!! not happy!!!! contacted them again and was told sorry that all that is available!!

    I purchased a 24V *********** Super Duty (ride on toy) for my son on Dec 2nd (it was a Christmas gift for him). Order Number ****. I put the truck together following all instructions and gave it to my son on Dec. 25th. The week after Christmas, he was riding the truck and a small plastic part under the car holding the front axel in place broke causing the entire front axel to separate from the truck. I reached out to the warranty company who we purchased the extended warranty from - they denied the claim due to the car being less than 30 days old when it broke. They sent me back to the company - Elegant Electronix. I have contacted them multiple times and they will not respond. The first message was January 8th. Then on January 10th. Then again on January 12th. No response from anyone at the company. When you call, a message tells you to reach out via email or the chat feature on their website. I have done both with no success in getting a response. The truck was $810 and the warranty was $80.99. Both have been useless.

    I ordered parts from this company for my kids car on June 6th, 2023. I have a receipt from Paypal. I have contacted them by email 5 times and phone 5 times. Each phone contact the person answering says "I will send this to my team and **** it as urgent." No one returns calls or emails. During one phone call in July, I was told there was a delay in shipping but it would be sent out that day. Since then, there has been no interaction on their part. All I want are the parts to my kids' car so they can ride it again.

    Hello, I recently purchased a 24 volt electric excavator for kids as a gift for my child. When receiving the package, the box was damaged. When I opened the box , and started to put together the vehicle , the toy had also been damaged with a crack. I had purchased warranty for the package through route however my claim got denied by them because there was also other manufacture issues wrong with the vehicle . The other issues include , a part not matching up to the holes so that the screws can be put in , as well as stickers on the vehicle placed upside down. Also as advertised it states 24 volt however the vehicle is (2 , 12 volt batteries ) with (one ) 12 volt charger. Elegant electronix is not standing by to satisfy their customers , I was offered 100$ refund and to replace the broken part. This is not enough what about the false advertisement ? The part that doesnt fit where the screws need to be placed ? The upside down stickers ? Please help! At this point due to the aggravation I would like to keep the half put together vehicle and get a refund. Thank you ***************************

    On August 19, 2022, I purchased two 4x4 Lifted Kids Jeeps (kids ride on toy), one white and one purple, totaling $1,402.19. Upon receipt of the 2 jeeps, they sent me one purple and one pink. Getting in contact with someone to return the pink jeep was no problem. They sent a shipping label, and I sent it back. However, at that time, I wanted to switch it for an XL jeep and they said they would reach out to invoice me for it when they received the returned jeep. I tracked the jeep, it was returned, but no one reached out and I can't get in contact with anyone at the store. At this point my son who the other jeep is for is not impressed with the ride on toy anyways, and his sisters purple jeep literally fell apart while driving it. The front axle came completely off due to the cheap plastic not holding in the screws good. I have been requesting a refund via email for weeks now, since no one picks up the phone, no one has contacted me upon return of the pink jeep, and the poor quality of the purple jeep we have. There is no need to send me a new one, I just want my money back. I'm sure I can't return the purple one, so that will just be a loss, but I at least want a refund for the returned one. Their inability to communicate with customers who spend lots of hard earned money with them is atrocious. Please help!
