Worst customer service!! Got the extra 3 year warranty but may as well have burnt that money as well as the money spent on the super duty truck!! The front end completely separated from the truck due to lack of common sense from whom ever designed it with 4 screws to hold the whole front axle!! Idiots!!Review from Michael R

Purchases a G Wagon 24V from Elegant. Directions were vague, quality was poor(screw holes didn't line up with s**** holes, advertised that the tires were rubber which in fact they were not(type of plastic), wires came ************** and you didn't have instructions to which plug went where, I finally did reach someone who helped me through the directions(which he admitted they were working to improve). Parts of the car don't line up and back protection plate could not be affixed the the underbody of the car. I still have not heard back from them when I emailed and chatted with them.Review from casey k

Do not order from this company. They have absolutely terrible customer service, they make 0 attempts to accommodate they don't really care if your items come in a timely fashion or when they said they would.They sell KIDS toys, so assuming all their items are going to kids they genuinely don't care about their customers- which are children.I would highly recommend going with another company. Their phone number is bogus and they don't answer. The only way to reach them is through their chat where you just wait for someone to NOT respond to you.Take your business elsewhere.
