    This company tried to scam my dad out of $3500 and had the nerve to call him and say the bank denied the payment as they should have. Will the employee who came to house told my dad it would be $125 to start and $75 a month afterwards. On the day after service they tried to debit the $3500 talking about it was for installation fee which **** had never stated that was a separate installation fee just he stated the it was a job someone else was coming to do and those people looked like a bunch of crack heads he found off the street. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AMS WILL IS A CON ARTIST!

    On Mon 7/29 I called the number on the lead and Mr **** said that his daughter ****** set up the inspection...so I requested her number and asked if she was the contact regarding service for her dad, and she said "its his house he's making his own decisions" so I then requested her email & mentioned that she will receive a copy of all documents signed by dad regarding the service agreements...and to call me if she has any questions...after I completed my inspection I recommend Platinum ********** insulation do to Rodents in attic and the fact that Mr **** enjoys sitting outside on his back patio we discussed the benifits of the mosquito coverage with Platinum PC etc.Mr **** then agreed on Platinum PC and *** insulation so I sent the agreement to his daughter's email address & as he was signing the agreement she called and stated she didn't think monthly service was nessesary so I told her since your dad wants *** insulation I could discount the inital pest as well as the monthly cost so she requested another service agreement and I sent over the new agreement with the discounted PC price...I then called his daughter to let her know her dad signed off on monthly pest and *** insulation and confirmed that she received a copy of the agreed upon service which she said yes so I gave her the treatment date of Wed 7/31/24 On the morning of ******* mentioned she couldn't process payment for *** so I mentioned I was actually in route to quality audit the Platinum PC service performed earlier that morning and see about the payment for the *** job...so upon arrival I called the office and ***** mentioned payment for *** when through which I later discovered wasn't the case...I called Mr **** to let him know the *** payment of $3592 wouldn't process and he said to call his daughter and she said she didn't know about the insulation being a separate cost and I reminded her that it was thoroughly explained to her dad and you received a copy etc. She was very upset and wouldn't allow me to get a word in at that point. We apologise for any misunderstanding or bad experience this may have caused and value you as one of our loyal customers.
