    I was approved (with conditions) for an apartment on the 20th, then denied on the 25th for those same conditions. Ive been trying to find answered because I have never heard of being approved then denied for the same reason.

    Lied To Encourage Application Process Then Manipulated System To Make It Appear As If Denial Was Legitimate, Stole Money After Promising No Fees To Be Accessed For Process.

    I have been denied for almost a year due to this place from multiple apartments,everytime I get an account removed and they screen it goes back on my report,they refuse to put my income in even though I provided 6plus months worth,and I don't owe these accounts anylonger,well over 7 years old and aren't evicts,and I can't find any company that isn't screening with them,my reports are not correct I disputed and still sent the same thing back

    CANNOT REACH ANYONE. On hold forever. I filed a dispute and haven't heard anything. Incorrect and false information reported and for the first time in my life, causing me to be declined. I don't understand why they have an A RATING WITH BBB when there are so many complaints. This is giving me high anxiety and can't believe they get away with this.     Based on there information that is inaccurate they sent the leasing company my application was denied. Even though they have said in every complaint they are not the management company they don't make the decisions. It is there inaccurate reporting system that causes the denials. I have never been denied a place to rent to live until whoever thought this idea was good. They have many law suits for false reports that doesn't make them look good and hopefully the companies that use them wise up. Times are already hard on people because of inflation and COVID alot of people did not work for months I bet there credit took a hit maybe lost there home because of it and now we have companies like rent grow denying even to rent because of credit. Not good. Rent grow is no good

    They denied my application for an apartment in ***** and said I don't meet the criteria but all of my information is correct and accurate with good credit now I'm trying to get in touch with them and they have a long hold for speaking with a representative that leads you to a website
