  I entered into a contract with IJL on 7/22/2023, cancelling this contract in Dec 2023, and ending the contract Jan 31, 2024. In this 7 months, I spent $4303.00 to IJL. I was guaranteed at least 1 date per month, getting assigned 3 dates in the first 2 weeks. During this time with IJL, I was yelled at my *** as the very first date was a no show, and blamed me for not calling the after hours number. I did call the after hours number and got a recording, not knowing how long I would have to sit before someone got back to me. She has been very condescending and manipulative during this 7 months, not providing information about dates, withholding information about potential dates, etc. None of the dates met my requirements, and I felt as though I was being set up with men that they could not find a match for. I had 2 no show dates, which were not made up with another potential date so I went 2 separate months without a date which goes against the contact. One date was much older than my age range, and I was told that he looks young for his age. Another date was shorter than my requirement and I was told that we are the same height sitting down. During one date, I found out that IJL is charging men almost $1000 more to sign onto IJL than women, and the man was told that this was a "special" going on at the time he signed up (he paid $5800.00). I sent a lengthy email to the ************** Manager at IJL stating the several areas that I feel were inappropriate. I had spoken to CSM at the beginning of my contract requesting not to speak with *** and was told that that was not a possibility. I have not heard back from IJL after sending my email listing my conmplaints.
