NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!I signed up for It's Just Lunch in Nov 2021. As of end of September 2022 I have had 1 DATE! Yes, they have presented me with matches and I have said no to some because they were out of my parameters but there have been matches that I have said yes to and all I get as a response is they are no longer available and we are working on your next match. My last match was sent to me and within a few hours before I could even respond to it, I got an email saying they were no longer available. It has now been over a month since I have received a match and my matchmaker is not responding to my "touching base" emails. I signed up for the 12 months or 24 dates which ever comes later and at this rate it's going to be 24 years before I hit that. When I signed up I had a zoom with my matchmaker. I was told this would be my matchmaker and we would touch base and make adjustments on my matches as needed. Well that was c*** After about a week or so I was passed off to another and then even another matchmaker. I am probably on my 3rd or 4th and have had 1 date. This is the worst experience and service I have ever had. No one should have to pay the amount of money they charge for a service like this. To me this is a huge scam and I am not getting the services I paid for. I have asked for a refund time and time again and all I get is this takes time and it's a process. I've given it 10 months and had 1 date. 1 DATE! No one ever called me after to follow up and see how it went as they said they were going to and that was part of the service. I have sent 2 follow up emails to my matchmaker and still haven't received a response. I'm irritated and frustrated and think this company is crap! I wish there was some way to get a refund but you can't ever get ahold of anyone and all they say is this is a process.
