PART I NORMAL BUSINESS I started looking for a Vertical Platform Lift in MAY 8, 2024 . I found this company on the manufacturer's website (******) , called and requested to be contacted. Someone contacted me ( his name is SEVAL ), I sent some pictures where I wanted the lift to be installed and we agreed on the price . Paid for it on MAY ******* ( REMEMBER THIS DATE )Exchanged some phone calls and e-mails with SEVAL and on JULY ******* he told me that everything is all set . He sent me an email I will contact the installers .That was it, that is were the PART II started :PART II UNHUMAN BEHAVIOUR Please excuse my language, but you will understand why I call it UNHUMAN . I am on wheelchair and I NEEDED IT before the winter.From July ******* I waited for SEVAL to contact me about the date of installation . Try to call or text him but all I got in response was :1-I have been sick with COVID 1 week ( I told him , no problem, get better)2-my daughter was sick- 1 week ( I understand , I have a daughter too )3- I AM WAITING FOR A PART ??????On OCTOBER ****** I received a text I am waiting for the installers ...After that ... silence. Another lady called and texted me I will contact Seval and let you know ...Try to text and call again ( the lady too) , but nothing.Suddenly, without any notification, they put the money back on my credit card on OCTOBER 1****** ( REMEMBER THIS DATE TOO )??? So, paid for the lift on MAY ******* , returned my money on OCTOBER 1****** .... 5 MONTHS I never left a bad review on my life, but I think this company deserve it , especially this guy SEVAL ( he may be the owner , I think, since I was trying to complain , but no one cared )If anyone from the company will try to explain , I am telling you, I have emails, texts and phone logs... NO EXPLANATION NEEDED.Review from L. H.

I am a 63 year old disabled woman..I began renting a mobility scooter in May of 2022..at a cost of ****** a month. When I asked for the scooter to be serviced 2 weeks ago. I was told that 1. We don't have any drivers in your area.2..You should have taken insurance(insurance was never offered) .3. We will have to charge you to pick it up and that I would have to PAY again for the drop off. I live on a fixed income and the rental costs alone is a financial burden. This company is not reliable. I was told that the scooter exchange would be today ..by 4pm..I received a call this morning telling me that "We don't have any drivers in your area..We cannot drop off a scooter until Saturday...This will make 2 weeks that I have not been able to utilize the scooter. It is making a very loud noise and I don't feel safe using it. I pay a lot of money for this MOBILITY SCOOTER and I have not been able to use it for 16 days. My account is up to date and it's not fair that they take my money but offer NOTHING in the way of service.****************

****** had broke 4 scooters one after the other, broke the scooter charger. ****** had all the scooters replaced and charger dropped shipped. ******'s credit card for a rental is not valid for any future rentals. ****** had left the scooter **** miles from her residence at 7 am where driving range of the scooter is only 12 miles. ****** had called the office claiming she left the scooter at the projects since she had no other choice. ****** could not specify a valid location of the scooter. She refuses to answer phone lines or specify where the rental is.Customer Response

I broke NOTHING.. Your scooters are not in great condition diction to begin with. You're just angry that I talked about your unscrupulous business practices. I took the scooter to Boston on the ****** Friday morning it would not start up. I called and waited as long as I could before leaving.. I lost my phone in an Uber ride on my way home. I gave them the exact address where I left the scooter. They took their time about retrieving it.
