Weve attempted several times to address this issue. There was no response by the homeowner. She has gone to the *********** which reviewed her claim and our offer to address any issue. Weve tried to address this with the local inspector to resolve this but we cannot get any cooperation from ***************** to allow us to try to make this Consumer satisfied. Weve offered a meeting to see how to rectify this but ***************** insist on slandering me. She wants a fight where one doesnt exist. If she allowed me to meet with her Id be happy to review and try to satisfy her

The roof work did not, comply with the contract and was not in accordance with the rules of the state of ************, the work did not pass inspection by inspector from the licensing agency
As soon as your workers finished the work. I called and tried several times to get in touch with you **************, by phone and text, without success, also you didn't respond to. those from Connexus or Aqua Finances.
You did not respond to ***** Allans telephone call followed by a letter at my request.

you transferred a potential* balance of $3,000 to a third party without my express and written authorization (*potential, because the real balance only exists when the work is delivered and received satisfactorily, which to this date it has not occurred)

There are $500 additional that never were mentioned or agreed or accepted by me.

There was unauthorized assignment of a collection to a third party for a non-agreed value.
There was a signature that is not mine in a revolving credit slip.

Shore Lock incurred in a major breach of the roofing contract by doing such poor work . Therefore, nothing further is due under that contract.  Under contrary, Shore Lock must refund the amount I already paid.

    No thats not true

you have been on the phone with the bank to verify that the amount was incorrect which I have offered to pay back I have text messages from you thanking me we did the documents at your kitchen table the day you gave me the final check we did them together they are DocuSign you were well aware of it and I have written proof of this. The job was done satisfactorily and any minor inclusions that have not been completed have been offered to be done and you have refused to allow us to permit with the work. We have spoke with the building department we have spoke withThe state of ************ contractors board and ridiculously enough we have even spoke with the local police department because you have called them all of them agree that there was nothing to be done here when the contractor is willing to come back and review it with the building official and rectify whatever you are unhappy with. So on record at the Better business bureau at the police department at the contractors board and with the local building official is my response that we are more than willing to come by review everything with the local building official and make sure that the job is done right you have zero leaks on a brand new roof and it has rained several times since we started this process

I am  appealing to you in the name of justice and a righteous judgment, because I still believe in those principles.

    On 2/20/22

************** came to my house for the sole purpose of picking up  my second check in  the amount of $3200.00 .

On 3/1/22 I received a **** from **************. I call ************** and spoke to *******. I explained to ******* that the amount I owed  ************** was incorrect and also that I did not sign any contract with ************ or any other financial institution. *******, call ************** several times to  make a new contract and have me sign it . Because  was incorrect and I did not sign it. It was necessary to reach **************. But he did not answer.

On 3/29/22 I was advised that the financial contract  was sold to Connexces.  I received a revolving Credit sales slip that do not have the  correct dates and more importantly it shows a signature which  IS NOT MINE.

On 4/15/22 I spoke to *********************- UNIT LEAT- and she asked me to send the working contract I had, which I did.

In view of these conversations  it is NOT  possible that when ************** came to pick up the second check and claim  to correct or pay for the mistake, when in reality I am still trying to deal with the $500.00 extra.

The truth, is simple. When ************** came to pick up the second check on 2/20/22 . I had not received any statements from the Bank

It is obvious that we didnt have a conversation.

The following text messages  are also included on this letter:  2/26/22. ;   3/1/22. ;  3/6/22.  And there was no answer to each one of them.

Building code deck update needed, therefore things have to come off throwaway. put a new plywood to comply with building code and finishing shingling again.

I have full confidence that the BBB will uphold what is right.

    Graciously appreciated.
