    Ordered a dishwasher online called immediately after ordering because I wasnt positive about the size. Would not let me cancel or upgrade without a 25% stocking of price of dishwasher. Going third week no dishwasher. I have to call them even though they pro ti find out when it will be delivered. Due I have any recourse. Thank you ****

    Tech was able to replace water filter of our Kitchen Aide refrigerator. Id been told that Id be charged $100 for him to come so I agreed to that. He was able to do his job in just five minutes. Then he told me that his labor would cost me an additional $145. (No charge for parts since Id provided the replacement filter). I feel that the labor charge was extremely exorbitant. I called the company and told them how I felt. They are supposed to get back to me, but I am not optimistic. Feeling ripped off.

    The $99.95 you paid was for the trip to your home to diagnose the issue and it was explained to you when you called in.

    we also explained if there were any parts or labor that would be a additional charge.

    Purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator from this company on 3/21. Within a week of delivery, it was clear that appliance was defective and could cause serious health issues due inadequate temperature control. Have been trying for a month to get either All Cape or Whirlpool to replace or repair without satisfaction. Manager of All Cape screamed at me on phone, told me that he didnt even have to ************* or call me back and then hung up on me when I suggested that the ************** might be interested in this story.

    Terrible front office customer service. Had service call to repair leaking dishwasher purchased from this company and paid in full at time of service with credit card. Part ordered. Second service call to install part. Paid in full with credit card. Part installed did not remedy the problem - still leaking! Service call again with different part ordered. Service call to install second recommended part. Did not remedy-still leaking. Call back for additional service and they could not diagnose or repair. Then received call from office manager demanding additional payment for services which we had never been invoiced. When requested detailed invoice we were told that they would not provide us with the details and if we didnt give them a credit card number that day they would send our account to a collection agency. Never ever received an invoice. Still dont know for what we are being charged and despite our request for an invoice and information they sent it to collection agency. Extremely rude and unprofessional Office mgr/bookkeeper. Having purchased all of our appliances for a kitchen remodel from prior owner, the new owner and management are unprofessional and a disappointment. Stay clear!!
