Dealership damaged the car I had already purchased and paid for and refused to fix it. Purposely pushed me towards the drivers side and didnt have me check out the car prior to leaving. Noticed the dent as soon as I got home and reached out to salesman. He got back to me immediately and said they were checking cameras. Never heard from again. Could not get the salesman or manager on the phone with either myself or my lawyer. Clearly happened after car was washed and waxed. The fact that management didnt even call back a lawyer after 3 messages just shows how little this place cares about their customers. Way to ruin my sons first car buying experience. They only care about sales and brag about how much they sell but cant do right by their customers. Disgusting business practicesReview from Eric M

Talked to ******** about a car said it was available drove over an hour to find out car was in body shop so now it has damage thats not in the add Also the salesmans first question before he knew what car I wanted he asked how much down payment and if I had money to hold the car when I said I want to see the car first he immediately seemed disinterested and went to a different customer I talked to the manager he didnt seem to care so I walked outReview from rmf

I am severely disappointed with the sales tactics used by Honda dealerships, Atamian in particular lured me in with a price for a car they did not have in stock then attempted to upsell me on a much higher priced vehicle. This is not my first bad experience with Honda. I loved my HRV and wanted to replace it with another but the dealership tactics used definitely walk the line of deceptive business practices. I'd be happy to purchase a Honda HRV if they did not use shady sales methods.
