            I am extremely angry that I ordered an EIN number and had to pay $249 - all because I believed I was actually on a GOVERNMENT website the site is Design and set up to look I didn't go to the IRS website I believe in order for them to scam and Misleading people So however once I did unawarely pay these third-party scammers I never received any information regarding my purchase they refuse refund me the Representatives are very unprofessional and rude I just had a situation where one of them called me back and started playing on my phone and they refuse to let you speak to anyone in charge refused to state her name before the end of the conversation she advised me that there were no supervisors in the business

            On January 14, 2022 I purchased an EIN tax ID number from www.USA-taxid.com for $249. This is a devastating cost for a small business just starting up. I now realize that I have been scammed as this is a free service from Irs.gov website. On February 25, 2022 I emailed their support asking what exactly I was charged for and I have yet to receive a response. This website needs to be taken down so it doesn't scam more people out of their hard earned money.

I was deceptively convinced that their website was owned and operated by the IRS, when it is in fact NOT owned or operated by the IRS.             3/8/2022 This business is deceptive in using the word "IRS" in its web address. It was the first result that came up in a Google search. They charge $249 for a free services from the IRS. Additionally, they are receiving social security numbers from individuals. I phoned my credit card company and asked them to cancel the pending transaction and was asked to request it from the company first. As they were closed at the time I called on 3/8/2022, I telephoned the next morning (today 3/9/2022). I asked for a refund and they said they cannot as the request has been completed. They have not sent the EIN to me.
