It’s insane that these people just get away with their ******** tactics. Parked for 4 minutes to pick up a package. Tow truck driver told me to go to the atm to pay him in cash so he wouldn’t tow my car to the lot. While I was at the atm he drove off with my car. $370 to releaseReview from Janice M

Quick Response Towing Inc. Located at *** ** ***** **** ********* ** ***** are ******** civilians. My 1500 chevy silverado was towed at 7:38 p.m. I went to go pick up my vehicle at 8:44 p.m. and was told my bill was $750 due to my truck being a heavy duty truck and traveling 10 miles. No storage fee no Administration Fee etc. My truck doesn't even classify as a heavy duty truck or medium duty truck weighing in at 6,000 lbs. There is no website nor any management ever on sight. Dispatchers don't even have ID numbers to be able to know who took care of you. I refused to signed the paperwork handed due to the fine print at the bottom. Paid the cash to get my vehicle but they would not give me a receipt.Review from Julius H

I complian because I paid $810 for 1 hour of my vehicle being towed there when other companies only cage around $400 for 3 days l. They are robbing people of money and taking away their right to redeem their own vehicles by making them so expensive to redeem like as if they don't want you to redeem your viechle.Review from Natasha T

My car was just towed by these f****n scammers!!! I as well as others go to get food all the time from the place I parked in front of FOR 3 MF SECONDS!!!! ! I had already walked to the store & ordered my food. I walked back to my car which was parked kinda far away, got in & drove BACK to the carry out. Parked in front of it for 3 SECONDS to grab my now done food OFF THE COUNTER!! Someone came in the store & yelled, if this is your white car out here they are towing it! I continued to walk to the door as on lookers yelled... man give that girl her car back cause they saw that he was wrong as well!! Now he said I was parked in a fire zone! A FIRE WASNT OCCURRING IN 3 SECONDS! Ppl park right there to pick their food up EVERY DAMN DAY!!! S**t it was other cars out there! MY PROBLEM IS THAT HE MF WATCHED ME DO ALL THIS SO the fact that he still towed my car is a SERIOUS PROBLEM! He was tryna get that 350! Unfair practices that won't always end well! THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN before they come across the right/wrong person!!!!!!Review from Maggie F

SCAM! ILLEGALLY TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY!!!
Really heartless people, and after reading others' reviews I knew I had to add. I literally made a **** account over this.
"If the vehicle owner returns before their car is towed, the tower must release it for a drop fee no greater than half of the intended towing cost."
first time i delt with these people they towed my car in front of my face 3 days after i have moved from out of state. was not even fully hitched up. according to the guy it was because my car was parked over the line in my own apartment complex parking lot. said he would drop it for $300 cash on the spot. for a plethora of reasons I did not have the money. so, the actual total ended up being $350...that math doesn't add up.
I see them patrolling nightly, that is illegal.
currently I am dealing with *another* issue from them which is why I'm writing this now.
keep in mind for future readers that we are living through A PANDEMIC. some evil energy.
