Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/02) */ Hello. Thanks for reaching out to us. We believe we have performed very well in response to providing our customer with timely service and guidance. Here is a timeline of our work: 1-16-2002 Condemned outside tank quoted $ 2400.00 Over the next 10 days we replaced a oil pump, ran new line from the top of the tank, replaced nozzles in an attempt to keep the tank in place and save the customer money 02-2-2022 Replaced outside tank charged $ 1900.00 at a reduced cost for customer satisfaction. 02-18-2022- Furnace operates but fan runs all the time. Customer has heat. Existing system ******* is over 20 years old. 02-26-2022 Replaced circuit board, but fan still runs all the time. Also informed customer that the old existing chimney requires cleaning. 03-02 -2022 Dave Nelson, our District Service Manager spoke with Ms. Brown and the chimney company is scheduled for 03-04-2022. We are scheduled for 12PM to start and check system. As far as billing adjustment, we are unclear as to what the customer is seeking as we already offered a $500 discount off of the price of the new oil tank. Thank you.

I had a oil delivery on January 11,2022 at the same time I had the oil delivery I had the oil primed at the same time they were both there at the same time which was great. Because when you're oil tank is empty it has to be primed. Ok so it worked that night then the next day my furnace was coming on and off. So I called someone came out said it needed a part it would be a week. So the next week guy comes out tried to put on the part says it's still not working I need a new unit. I can't afford a new unit I'm a recent widow with two girls. So I have to wait till I get tax money. So my furnace is still broke. So on February 11,2022 they say they delivered 250 gallons yo my tank which they couldn't have because I was never able to use the first 250 gallons cause it's broke. We've been freezing all winter using space heaters. Anyway no one at Griffith will listen to me. Also I have the ring camera in my yard the guy comes walking through my yard with the sales slip and hose already in hand. Now how does he know exactly how much I need? Cause the slip says he sold me 250 gallons how does he know before he even walks up to my tank and has the slip ready? There's no way it's gonna be exactly that amount on the dot. I've never even used the first amount because my furnace is broken and still broken. Also every time I'm on empty I need a prime so it doesn't make sense. Also the oil guy was only in my yard for four minutes. I can send the ring camera footage. All the company says is well gps shows he was in youre area. Yes I'm not saying he wasn't I'm saying he didn't fill my tank cause it hasn't been ran. Believe me I wish it was. I've been freezing through snow and 18 degree weather. I've never had a problem paying for something I've gotten I've dealt with pugs oil for years. Griffin had a sale so I tried them. Big mistake. Don't trust these sleezy company. ******************************** I'm going to legal aide
