    I ordered a book through ****** and didn’t realize the company it was coming from was SupperBookDeals. It says it was shipped with no tracking information and I need to contact the company for shipping. Of course it’s nearly impossible to contact them. I have sent an email and I’m super upset because I needed this book for a book signing in two days. I ordered it on January 7th it’s now January 16th. I could have had plenty of time to order it elsewhere if I had known this was going to happen. I usually trust ****** companies and never have any issues.

    Absolutely a scam. We ordered the Throne of Glass series on 12/11/2023 through this seller on ******. Our expected delivery date was 12/20 to 12/27. They marked the item as shipped on 12/13 but we weren’t given a tracking number. We contacted their chat team twice and requested a tracking number, they wouldn’t provide one and kept sending a generic response that items are shipped 2 business days after the order is made. We waited 8 business days without a tracking number and without any real communication from their customer service team before asking for our order to be cancelled and refunded. They refused to cancel our order, said our item has already been processed and shipped. On 12/20, the first day we should expect this order by, they sent a tracking number. The tracking number says nothing besides **** is awaiting for this item from the seller. Today’s now 12/27 12:00PM MST, the last day we should have received this order by and **** still has not received this item from the seller. My spouse bought through them on ****** bc he was unaware 3rd party sellers could be potential scammers. We have to wait until 12/31 to report them to ****** and get our $140.00 back. I also attempted to email them through their official website, received the same runaround response. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

    On August 7th, I placed an order for a textbook that was $85.12. The order number is #SBDxXXXXXXXX-jA. I then tried to cancel it later that night. By the time SuperBookDeals had responded to me (Aug, 9), they said my order was already processed and could not be returned. I then waited a few weeks for my order to arrive. They never sent me a receipt, order confirmation, or shipping confirmation (until the day before it arrived), even though I asked multiple times. SuperBookDeals' policy on return is it must be sent back within 30 days of the day it was received. The return order was well received within this 30-day period - I paid for tracking on my package just to make sure it was received. I also took a picture of the package and all its contents to ensure it was the right address if they tried to claim they didn't receive it. They received it on September 13, but by September 30th, they still had not issued a refund. I emailed them and they responded a refund had been initiated and to expect it in my account in 3 to 5 days. By October 18th, I still had not received my refund, so I emailed them again. On October 21st, they had responded that they had never received my order and thus could not send me a refund. At this point, I knew they had been lying to me and had no plan of sending me a refund. I then sent them an email discussing this lie with screenshots, and they responded to me on October 27th that a refund had been initiated and did not address the fact they had lied to me. It's November 17th and I have still not received a refund.

    I order a book on August 13, 2022 and paid $102.89. I received the book and I then returned the book on August 31, 2022. It was received at their facility on September 6. I have contacted them numerous times and have been told that a refund has been issued more than half a dozen times. The latest "refund" promise was on November 2. I have since contacted them to ask the status of the refund and they start the whole process over again of please provide us with all your information so we can better serve you. This is the tracking number (USPS) for the book when I returned it: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Latest Update Your item was delivered to the garage or an alternate location at the address at 12:17 pm on September 6, 2022 in ********* ** XXXXX.     I ordered a book and never received it. Nor did SuperBookDeals.com send me any shipping/tracking information. . Super Book Deals is a scam website. The listed phone number for this retailer connects to a different "company's" switch board where the caller is told to leave a message for customer service. I did not receive a call back. I sent email to customer service asking for the book and tracking information or a refund. My email was not answered.

    On 8/8/22 I placed Order XXXXXXXX for 10 English/Spanish Bibles from Superbookdeals.*** for $222.59, paid for with my Chase Visa Card. Superbookdeals.*** then canceled my order the following day without explanation and has not refunded my money. They do not answer their phone XXX-XXX-XXXX, nor do they respond quickly or accurately to emails sent to ***************@**************.*** AKA Traderslibrary.***, EMOTIVE- Group 3 and Far Corner (very strange).
