I ordered a large print book for my elderly mother thru *********** who works with Superbookdeals.com. I ordered on 9/30/24, got a few emails from Walmart stating book was delayed. It is 11/11/24 and I emailed Walmart to complain that it was never ever delivered and its been 6 weeks with no comunication! Walmart sent complaint to Superbookdeals.com and a few hours later they emailed me saying it was delivered but did not include a delivery date. Basically said for me to look around the outside of my house or see if a neighbor received the book. Our mailman knows each of us and has been our mailman for 30 years. He said he never saw the package. I emailed Superbookdeals back and told them they were not honest because they furnished no delivery date or proof of delivery and the book never arrived! I will contact the Attorney General of Maryland since that is where the company is!Review from Marc S

Ordered a book 3 weeks ago and still not here. Total ****. Says there's a delay. Guess I'm out 35 bucks. Lesson learnedReview from Joseph H

Took for ever to ship if they even did never got tracking info never got order. Took 7 day to ship then 8 days after ship got canceled by them 5 days before it was to arrive. Amazon told me to try again and they would send a message so I did. The customer service was **** it was all automated and were trying to influence reviews.Review from Erik C

This company advertised the ability to ship 2 books, before a certain date, which I needed for class. When I had yet to receive notice of shipment with 7 days to go on the date they claimed, I reached out. They did not respond. Then, I got a shipment notice AFTER the date they were to be delivered! I contacted them immediately and said I no longer needed them since they did not deliver them by the promised date. After 7 emails back & forth, they finally said to just "cross out your name & address, right return to sender, and mail them back". I did so. Weeks go by, no response or refund. I contact them, they claim they didn't get the return and what was the tracking #. Tracking #?!?! I sent them back AS REQUESTED! They then said wait. I waited. 2 more weeks go by, I check in, and get a canned response about not receiving my order? I tell them to read our entire email thread. They claim they don't have access to it. I reply with ALL the prior emails. The final response? We don't accept returns after 30 days. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Buyer Beware! I ordered a new book (List price $75) and they sent me a damaged book that had been returned to them under another of their business names. I ordered The New Big 5 from Walmart because the price was most competitive. It took forever to receive and when I got the heavy photography book, it was in an envelope with no cardboard protection. One corner was damaged. I found out that it came from a third party seller, using the name ***********. Walmart helped me return it for a refund. I then ordered that book thru ****** and when I received it, it was the exact same damaged book I sent back to ***********. ****** had used a third party seller that went by the name SuperBookDeals. I could not believe that I received the same damaged book I had just returned but when I saw the shipping receipt, both business names use the same exact address on Rumsey Rd in Columbia MD. SuperBookDeals appears to be the same as ***********. Neither provided responsive customer service, careful shipping, or a good product.
