AVOID AVOID AVOID. I would give negative stars if that was an option. Unprofessional and Unreliable I cannot stress enough how horrible my experience was with this company. From the very beginning, they failed to respond to messages (unless it was time for Randy to collect another payment) in a timely manner, which should have been a red flag. Communication was consistently poor, and getting any answers was like pulling teeth. The project quickly went downhill from there. They missed every single deadline, and when I questioned it, Randy always had an excuse and that was if he choose to respond to me. Not only did they fail to meet agreed-upon timelines, but they also neglected to pull necessary permits. When asked he said “a permit wasn’t really necessary” according to permit and inspection division of Cecil county a permit is most definitely required. leaving me in a position where I had to deal with the consequences. Worst of all, the work that was done was subpar. They did not build to code, which created safety concerns, and the project was left unfinished. I am currently working with another contractor to get the job finished properly and professionally.Review from Regina S

Worse company ever. He is a scammer. Tells customers that you do not need permit, and you do. Takes customers money without completing job correctly. Very unreliable. Does not communicate. Screams at his employees in front of customers.Review from Mark W

We hired Ingram Services to put up a deck and fence on June 3, 2021 and gave him $4k at that time. Start date was scheduled for July 10th, and did not actually start until July 21st after numerous calls and text messages and our follow up with the permit office. He required another $4k at the start date, dug 3 holes that filled with water and didn't come back until Aug 2nd. Crew showed up late morning each time they worked and only worked a few hours each time. Gate had to be adjusted a month later because it dropped. Now the gate is so bad that we can't even open it and 5 panels of the fence are leaning inward. We contacted them again and he came out to look at it. Has not come back to make the corrections despite phone calls and numerous text messages. They are working on a job less than 1 block from our house. It is very apparent that even though the fence posts are supposed to be 2 ft deep, they are not and consequently several are lifting up and the fence is not running contour to the ground anymore. There is no communication from the company. We were told at the time of the build that they stand behind their work 100%. Apparently not.
