These guys are not a legit business, a guy named CJ called my phone number and knew my profession as a maintenance supervisor and scammed me into buying a pack of LED lightbulbs a 24 pack for 149.99. I can get those from anywhere from 25-35$..

On December 10, 2024, a sales representative called the maintenance supervisor of ******* ********** to discuss LED lighting. After the discussion the maintenance supervisor agreed to an order of LED lights which we shipped and were delivered on December 13, 2024. The maintenance supervisor called the sales representative and went over the price of the product. He did not realize the products we shipped were commercial grade. He only uses retail grade LED lights, which he pays less for. He then filed this review. We have responded to him and arranged for Federal Express to pick up the product at our expense and have informed him that he will not be billed. Have gotten a call from this outfit today and, this fellow named Bob asked for my personal number which, thankfully it is our company policy not to hand out staff personal numbers. I have dealt with an outfit like this before to on happy end so, I pretty much know not to deal with them. I too would give a zero star rating as well but, a one is all you are allowed. Beware of this outfit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Key Supply, L.L.C. Response

One of our sales representatives called the customer to offer our services and send him a catalog. We are sorry if our representatives call and disturbed this customer. We have never done business with this customer before. We have no idea why the custom would associate us with another company he dealt with in the past.
