    i have made one payment on my Chrysler Pacifica and It has been broke down for the past 3 weeks and Chrysler can not get the van in working condition and we have almost got hit in an intersection 2 times on way back home from what the dealership said it was fixed and it wasnt. they have not provided a rental car yet and they will not call me back the dodge dealership in ********* ** has the vehicle there. i just want my money back that i paid for the vehicle. I do not feel safe and do not want my kids riding in it when i bought the car i should had realized something was wrong with it with such low miles the person before me probably had an issue with it. you can call me for more info ************

    Thank you for forwarding the complaint from *********************** concerning his 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Vehicle.

     

    Customer sent a ******************** Letter to FCA requesting A buyback or Refund of the Purchase Price on his 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Vehicle due to ongoing Stalling issues. FCA recommends the Customer work with his local FCA Dealership to repair any concerns under the terms of the Factory Warranty provided. The Service and ***************** are the best source to resolve the complaint. FCA declined any buyback or Refund of the Purchase Price as requested.
