************* Crooks! Order items and they add on a free gift and only ship that free gift and not the items you ordered. I actually think I may explore litigation on general principle. Somebody has to hold thieves accountable!Review from Shannon D

I am experiencing the same as the other reviews. I ordered in June 2023. I received the tapestry and the "free gift" quickly. The comforter and the poster I ordered has never arrived. I emailed them twice and I have sent a message on their website form. Buyer beware. They are terrible to work with to get your merchandise.Review from Angie S

Same as the other reviews. I ordered $143 worth of bedding for my daughter to use in her dorm room, but the merchandise never arrived. They claim to ship items within 7 days. When I tried to track my order made 28 days ago, it says it hasn't even shipped yet. I emailed them inquiring about merchandise and received, what appears to be, an auto-generated response email saying, Thanks for reaching out...we'll be in touch soon... please allow 2-3 business days to for a response....." But they never actually responded, and I still don't have the bedding. I googled their phone number (which is not on their website) and got a voicemail greeting that I had reached Tapestry Girls and to leave a message, which I did, but no one returned my call.Review from Linda S

Same as other reviews. I placed an order to this company, they charged my credit card and never sent the merchandise. I have made outreach two times to the e mail address that they offer with no response. I filled out a customer form requesting an update, no response. I also access their ******** page and sent a message, again, not response to my inquiry. It seems like a scam. I did my research before placing the order and the reviews seemed on point. Clearly these are driven by the company alone since my experience seems aligned with others.Review from Lynn B

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I ordered bedding from this site. They charged my card and never sent the merchandise. I have inquired about my order several time via email and I havent received a response. This was 1.5 months ago now. I wouldnt give them 1 star, but that isnt an option. Not sure who runs this company, but they need a ****** in customer service. Also, no phone number to call, only email available for inquiries.Review from Tiffany J

I wish I could give them zero stars. I made a $350 purchase on this site a MONTH ago and my order has still not even shipped. I've sent email after email to the ONLY contact address they offer, and out of 4 emails they sent one back only saying my order would be shipped this week, and now six days later on a Sunday, nothing has changed. It still says nothing shipped. Nobody answers the phone number they have online. This company is a joke.Review from Rachel D

Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchases, the prices, and the service. I've ordered everything: tapestries, bedding, posters, etc. I've only sent a few things back. The return process was actually surprisingly simple, but I didn't use a discount code or anything like that so it went pretty smooth. Everything I received was great quality and even when I washed my bedding I didn't have any issues with extra stuffing or materials coming out in the wash which is always a concern anytime I buy a bed set.Review from Heather P

I wouldnt even give this company 1 star! I purchased a bedding set on their website for $130, when I received it there was an Amazon gift receipt. Not knowing that they ship with Amazon, I wasnt sure if it truly was a gift. I scanned the ** code and it popped up $31 on Amazon. This company is a scam! I emailed them several times and still have yet to get a response! Dont order from them or if you choose to, look on Amazon first, it will be cheaper and they wont charge you triple the price for the same item!
