    In August of 2023, I contracted with Swap Specialties for a job on a vehicle, I sent the vehicle from ******* to ******** where they informed me that they would only have the vehicle for 3 to 4 weeks **** ***** 7 months I had to send and pick up my vehicle, I paid them $2500 to pick the veh up, when it got back to ******* it was in worse shape than when I sent it to them and the computer was missing, **** said, "oh yeah, when I tried to jump the vehicle off it shorted out the computer" and he had me another one ordered and it would be to me within a week, that was over 4 weeks ago and now they will not even respond to phone calls or emails. This company did nothing but lie from the very first time I spoke with them. I now they have ghosted me. Needless to say I , nor my customer are happy at all. I know that filing a complaint does me no good, but maybe it will help someone else in the future. All I want is what I was promised, a functioning computer that will crank and run my vehicle.

    I sent them my wiring harness in April for them to rewire said it wouldnt take long and in August he said it was done and just had to test it, should be 2 weeks and i should have it, I called and texted him and the business and messaged him at least *************************************************************************************************************** $400 and $30 to ************** it to him. His company wont answer or return calls or messages and he wont either, I wish i would of read reviews first, The place is HORRIBLE alot of complaints that are similiar

    I purchased a harness and ecu a couple of months ago. I have been trying to get a problem resolved with my purchase for nearly a month and it is nearly impossible to get in contact with them. I have called and left messages, emailed, texted and tried their chat. No one ever calls back. The customer service after the sell is horrible and they dont have time to call customers with a problem back.

    ordered new ******************* and modified computer from swap specialties on May 9th 2023 said it was in stock was deliverd 3weeks later missing part of order contacted company and was told they would send it out never got it contacted them weeks later they said they where waiting for part to come in and insinuated that i was lying picked up part locally at my added expense car will not start has no spark product failed I'm stuck I'm 80 yrs old and dont have the resorces to continue project this company lies and cheats its customers their product also is shoddy found wire to be too short had to repair had wires pull out of connectors bad crimps one connector was not even finished now car wont even start and I'm stuck

    I have spent $99 on a gas pedal from this company. I have not received it they told me I was a liar at first and that I didnt order the pedal when I have it in my information that I did order it they told me they were going to ship it Monday last week they have not they will not send me the tracking information on it either. They will not answer any of my emails or any of my phone calls. My harness was also not right and they havent even called to ask about it theyre not gonna give me a refund and theyre not gonna shoot me my pedal I lost $99 to this company because I thought I was getting a good product but I got scammed out of my money instead , Im still calling and still sending emails every day just to get this product to get my stuff going. Still no calls still no emails they have blocked one of my emails.

    I ordered a LML duramax harness from this company also ordered an ecm through them transaction went through September 6 2022 for ***** dollars I had to email them dozens of times to get anything from them I received there harness finally but no ecm on the packing slip it said that it would be shipped separately but never received it so I decided to get one myself and install there harness and the engine would not start at all I do not know if my money can be refunded I doubt it but can we look into investigating this company and shutting it down these people have no business collecting money on products that simply dont work

    I ordered a wiring harness with a programmed ECU , in March 26 2022, after several emails and asking why it took so long i was sent a harness without an ECU in June 2022 with the promise i would receive a programmed ECU shortly . I have written emails and tried to call and there has been no communication whatsoever and I still do not have the *****

    September 16, 2022 Payment of ******* Purchased a harness and *** they sent me the harness, no problems there, but the *** was not with it and they left a letter saying itd ship in two weeks. Ive tried calling and emailing them non stop. They wont pick up the phone at all. Responded to maybe one email. But still no ***. They really need to answer a phone call when its a ****** dollar part thats missing out of the order.

    I purchased a wiring harness from Swap Specialties and it was delivered. The vehicle would not run and **** said the *** would need to be reprogrammed. I sent him the *** and when I got it back the vehicle still wont run. I scan the system and there is nothing in the *** when there was before I sent it to them to reprogram. Ive called and emailed every day since 12/8/22. They have not responded back and it is 12/13/22 .
