            Date of transaction 6 20 2022. Paid 855 dollars. Sent invoice that said should be sent on 6 27 22 but they dont respond in any way .either send me the parts or want money back

            The customer obviously dosnt read emails or text updates that were sent to him 4 times during the transaction- our system updated him of status, shipment, tracking, and exceptions. Customer has product and we follow our terms and conditions agreed by customer and us at time of purchase.  We do not pay the BBB because they are not a government affiliated anything and is there anywhere that we can post a review of the BBB?!  and unless we pay them we do not get a good rating customer has been well taken care of, product delivered and they chose to receive email and text updates in which they obviously did not look at.

            I ordered a wiring harness from these guys back in October or November and they sent me the main harness but then never sent me the harness for my transfer case. It cost me 200$ more. They ghost me and wont reply to calls emails or texts on their website. I need to get a refund or get my wires.

            I ordered a working harness, pcm/ecu, throttle peddle on 2/22/2021. I received the harness promptly but it was the incorrect harness. On the invoice it indicated that the ecu would be drop shipped later and never came in. I have called, emailed, messaged to all available links provided without any return of calls, emails, or messages. Im Building this vehicle for my sons graduation surprise and wish someone would at least call me back. I would like to either receive the ecu Ive already paid for and the correct wire harness or I can return what they have sent me once Ive received a refund.
