I sold my vehicle that was under the protection plan. I notified them it was sold and that I would like to stop or cancel this plan. They asked me to fax the request, which I did. Approx. 45 days later, I followed up with a phone call. They mentioned they were behind in processing the refunds and I completely understood based on the Covid lack of workers, etc. Another 2 months or so goes by and I follow up......now they say they are about a month away from doing mine (this is now Dec. 2021). In January I call again.......still they can't explain how much longer it will take. Now it is July and I finally had the patience to call and wait another 10 minutes or more to see what they said.........they will have to have a supervisor call me because they don't see it in the system. They collected 3 months of payments after I cancelled. I figured one was probably because they didn't have enough time to stop the automatic payment. That being said, I think I have been very patient. I am DONE.Initial Complaint

I have a warranty that cost me $2460 which I have been paying out monthly. Due to a credit card error my card wasn't debited for payments due the first of June and July 2022. When I discovered the discrepancy I called about July 15, 2022 and was told my policy was canceled. I was willing to pay the remainder of the policy which was around $500 but have not been given that option. My account number is ***********.Initial Complaint

[ ] Recall y78 : (called multiple) are not able to acquire parts, I am told may be possible after engine failure or I can purchase them from outside diesel parts source.[ ] I purchased necessary parts and have been waiting for mechanic to be available for repairS [ ] 6/17/2022 Engine stall. Will not restart. Towed to tricity dodge. They do not have parts. Three brothers towing took vehicle to NMI diesel where I have an appointmentfor recall repairs. Mopar roadside assistance did not update destination in time after ibolaced 2 calls to confirm, and NMI had to pay $220 tow bill. I reimbursed NMI. [ ] The codes were checked and found low fuel pressure etc. Regulator? Was removed and metal shavings found. Diagnosis was CP4 failure and now a total overhaul of fuel system would be needed in addition to the CP4 replaced with CP3. [ ] June 20, parts not including CP3 kit(approximately $2600) are >$4200. This does not include labor which is approximately an additional $2000.[ ] Contacted Mopar reimbursement to request reimbursement for additional parts and the Cp3 conversion kit I have already purchased. ******* (refused to provide any other identifier than first name) told me there were no parts available for my year model. I explained to her this was false and I have already purchased them and why (see statement above). After she told me multiple times it was not available to be repaired and I can instead take it to a dealership I requested a supervisor. She did not seem to understand that the vehicle is not drivable because of the cp4 failure. ******* also states I cannot speak with a supervisor, but ine will contact me in 1 to 2 business days. She repeatedly spoke over me and refused to connect me with anyone. When I asked her to stop and listen she said she would disconnect the call because if I continued to be rude. By asking her to stop interrupting/speaking over me and to listen. After requesting a supervisor multiple times she disconnecInitial Complaint

I own a 2019 Dodger SRT Hellcat. My car has just over ****** miles and the power steering pump failed causing metal shards to get in the line. As a result, this caused damage to rack of the car. I contacted the warranty and opened a claim with **** several weeks ago. **** has promised numerous call backs and follow *** but failed every time to deliver. At this point it has gone from Dodge SRT not backing their product to extremely poor customer service and lack of follow up on their part. Because of this experience I am wondering if I should even keep the vehicle after repairs are done (which I will pay out of my pocket) based off the poor service and communication Ive received thus far. Its going on three weeks and this isnt resolved yet. Unfortunately, I need my vehicle back so Ill be going to Dodge in ********* ** to pick it up. Im frustrated because a power steering pump should not have gone out so soon which was the root cause of the excessive damage and Dodge continues to drop the ball with false promises and lack of follow up.Initial Complaint

In May 2020 I brought a brand new 2019 Jeep Renegade with 12 miles on it, under full warranty (3 yr/36000 mi). On the very day I drove off of the lot I started having electrical issues. I called the dealership and they suggested a few things to get me home (I live 500 miles from the dealership). The issue involved the electrical system malfunctioning: the screen would turn bright green, I couldn't adjust the radio volume, turn the radio off or adjust stations, charge my phone, NOTHING worked. This was intermittent, and I tried calling Mopar Jeep about it several times. Every time I called them (and a Jeep dealership), they tried to charge me $150 diagnostic fee. IT IS FULLY WITHIN WARRANTY. Finally 2021 I had enough and got into a huge argument with the dealership. My dad called the next day and miraculously was told there was no $150 diagnostic fee because it was under full warranty. So to test them, I called about three hours later (I am female, take that as you will), and suddenly there is a $150 diagnostics fee again. So I am fed up and let them know what happened and how suspicious that sounds. They finally agreed to get me in, no diagnostics fee, to replace my radio (I said I don't think it's a problem with the radio only, it's the whole electrical system, but what do I know). So they replaced the radio and two days later the same problem. Now it's March 2022 and the entire system is not working again. And NOW my battery is dead and I'm waiting for a tow truck. This is still a new car, only ****** miles on it, and I feel like all I do is fight with Jeep's Mopar and any random dealership I happen to be near. No one is ever willing to help solve the actual problem, and thus far the only time I've gotten anything accomplished is when my DAD called and they listened to him. I literally want them just to take this car back. I've never in my life had the types of problems like I do with this Renegade, or with Jeep customer service.Initial Complaint

Brought my 2008 Jeep Wrangler to ************* in ****** ** back in January 4, 2022 for an engine problem. I have a LIFETIME Power Train and the repairs should be covered. I was informed by the dealership that they were submitting a report to jeep for the repairs that needed to get done but they thought that they were not confident that the repairs were going to get approved because of the age of the vehicle. I waited for 3 weeks and hadn't heard from Jeep/Chrysler so I called. Their response after many attempts to get an answer was that the case was closed. I spoke with ****************** (MARKIE) who pretty much told me that she understands my frustration and sees my point. "(LIFETIME POWER TRAIN) is life time and should not be based on the age of the vehicle." but that she had closed the case. I asked for her bosses number and she told me she could help me with it and felt that my options were limited but got no other option or who else to talk too. Pretty much was told that the LIFETIME Power Train Warranty was not Lifetime. I do not know where to call jeep and place a complaint. Need your help. Thanks
