    For the past 4 weeks I have been HARASSED by an average of 10 calls per day for MortgagePro's trying to sell me a HLOC. Each and every time I have told them I am NOT NOT NOT interested!! However, they refuse to remove me from their call list. My name was sold to them. All I want is OFF their call list. Your help would be appreciated!!!

    I received a phone call from a ****** at Mortgage Pros. She started asking about my interest rate as it showed on my "credit". It took a while to get information from her on how she got such information about me. She did some "research" and found options that would put us worse off financially. I told her no thanks, no longer interested. She pushed back and I said no again. I told her I did my research while she was doing hers and found a number of BBB complaints and she tried to tell me that's incorrect and they have a high rating. I asked to be removed, and immediately got a call from someone else at this same company. Absolutely ridiculous when a request was made to be removed and immediately disregarded by the company.

    Constant unsolicited phone calls about a loan from Mortgage Pros *******************. I have told multiple representatives from Mortgage Pros to stop calling me and to place me on their do not call list and that I have no interest in doing business with them. Phone numbers that have contacted me are ************ and ************ along with others in my call history. I am also on the ************* list as well.

    They said they did  this on the phone about a dozen times... SO we will see if this works.

    This business is straight up ignoring all do not call lists and refuses to add me to a their DNC. I have gotten called multiple times a day for many days in a row going back a few weeks now. I started out nice and told them to please stop calling. Then one day last week when I told the guy he was the 4th call of the day he acted like he was surprised and tried to stay on script... what part of "you guys have to stop. You are the 4th call from your company today alone" means, keep selling???Since then, yes I am extremely rude with them but the are completely harassing me at this point.

    Mortgage Pros are CONSTANTLY harassing me about getting a refinance on my house. I have told them repeatedly NOT to contact me. Not only that, they will not even hang up when I cuss them out. What legit business would continue to harass people when it is so obvious that they do not want to business with Mortgage Pros.I have NEVER experienced such a shameless organization in my 60 years of life. I do not know who trains these "sales people" but they are way better served joining a debt collection agency.

    I'm on the National Do Not Market registry and every couple of months I get their junk mail. I've called them over a dozen of times and they claim that they are "exempt" from the National Do Not Market list. And if you notice, their junk mail always manages to show up on a Saturday, when their "open 24 hours a day" call center is closed. And of course, there is NO return address on their envelope and of course, there is NO letterhead. You almost need a microscope to see their address in the tiniest of print at the bottom of the letter. And last, but NOT least, they use the absolute cheapest postage so you can't even mark it return to sender even IF they had a return address!!! Of course, if they were a legitimate company, they would put their name and return address on both the envelope and junk mail.

    I have never signed up for this or anything like it. They continuously call by work phone during business hours I get 1-3 calls a day for the past 2 months have repeatedly asked to be removed from the call list and they play "Dumb" every time saying it was another company.There is absolutely no reason this company should have an A=+ rating with BBB let aloner be associated with the Better Business Bureau

    Company stated they can reduce our mortgage payment and give us a better rate. We sent them documents they wanted and they told us not to make payment due 01/01/25. We have not heard anything from the and they are not returning our calls
