  Used this company for a refinance with cash out of my mortgage. Was promised a lot of things but never received. Was promised a low interest rate via a signed document, but never received a low rate. Paid for the appraisal, but was charged for it again at closing. Finally, received a refund. At time of appraisal, the appraiser via an email stated that he was not a contractor but thought that our deck needed to be looked at by an engineer. It was not included in the appraisal. The deck was still under construction and not complete and that was told to the appraiser and loan officer. Without talking with us, MortgagePros hired an engineer and had the deck inspected and of course there were things that needed to be done, but as I said before, the deck was not complete. There was a long list of repairs and the MortgagePros would not close the loan until they were done. At that time, I told our loan ******** ************************ that I was not paying for the $1200 fee for the engineer. Was told that I would not have to pay for this. It was coming out of his commission. When we got ready to close, the fee was showing on the statement for us to pay. I told ***** again that I was not paying it. He said he was unable to move it over, so they were going to send me a check for $2000 to cover this and the money we had to pay to get the deck up to codes. To this day, I still have not received this. We closed the 15th of January. I have talked to ***** several times and he has now told me that there was no money to send. I was told that all of our phone calls with him were recorded, so they need to listen to all of them and they will see all of the things we were promised that we never received. I was totally lied to constantly. I want the $2000 that we were promised.

  No established business relationship. When I filed for a new mortgage with a different company they started calling me every day, sometimes as much as 12 times a day or more. I've asked they stop calling, I've blocked numbers but they continually change. And, the calls continue.
