Absolutely zero stars. I cant believe Im stuck with such a fraud money stealing company. But let me warn everyone I can. STAY AWAY FROM WINGS. Theyll steal every cent th ** can from you. Their costumer service and rude behaviors- interrupting and not allowing you to speak is such a terrible thing for a company to do. I plan on informing absolutely everyone I can including some of the people that utilize wings. Be be very aware. Im going to spread the word just like I always have. Be safe be warned. Negative stats and then some. Possibly the worst company *** ever dealt with in my entirety of my life. Not even a joke.Wings Credit Union Response

I dont know what you can or cant do for me. My goal is to absolutely spread the word about this company. I received this loan when I bought my car. While I do not bank with them, because of that, I get charged 10 15 dollars to be either online or over the phone!!! ALL BECAUSE I DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. Their customer service is by far the worst Ive ever experienced in my life. Had I of known about this I would have refused my car loan. I would never have agreed to this kind of service. Fraud. They are all fraud and they should be investigated. I bet you more than not something over there is fraud. I want to warn people to stay away.Review from Jay C

Wow! In all of the years that Ive been a member with Wings making deposits/withdrawals, I have never felt as though that I was discriminated against until today and the last time that I was assisted by *** at this location. This is now the second time out of the 5 times that Ive deposited a check that was signed over to me where the guy named *** made me feel as though Im so sort of criminal. Today tops it because of the Branch Manager, *****, actually backed up this nonsense this time around and gave me every shenanigans of a reason on why my account had to get approval to cash, including humiliated me regarding my balance in front of others. All of this after the last time *** assisted me and had his guards up against cashing the check, his coworker informed him that my account needs no approval as I have never had any holds/ no checks have ever bounced etc. AND NOW THIS!!Definitely more details to share.I definitely plan to reach out to further my complaint. I will not be treated as such going on being a member here for almost a decade. Every person of color is not a scammer and there are plenty who works and makes a living legally.Wings Credit Union Response

I agree they are not for there customers that's forsure. Love holding onto my mobile deposits for 3 days even thou have deposited many checks into this account with no bounces and wings to wings account.Wings Credit Union Response

Thank you for this review and feedback. We know hold times on deposits can be frustrating - if you know you'll need a deposit immediately, we recommend depositing in branch (if that's an option) or using an electronic or ACH transfer, which can process faster. We also have a warning screen in our mobile app that will let you know how much of a mobile deposit will be available immediately (if any) versus how much will be held (again, if any).Review from Bethany F

Very unprofessional. I reached out as I was in a shelter for domestic abuse with my 5 children. I was unable to get mail from my home. I attempted to make a payment through emailing wings. They wouldn't help me in anyway to make a payment as all my account info was on the mail and letters at home. I fell 2 months behind and when I finally got into my home I attempted to make a payment they wouldn't take it. I borrowed money to for the two payments and was told an amount and borrowed more money to make the 2 payments. I called the next day to pay as it's a weekend and they are closed. Called at 8am and they added a 150 repo fee. I have never been in this position before and our loan already started off on the wrong due date from what I have on my paperwork and what he dealership says.Wings Credit Union Response

We do want to apologize for any trouble you experienced though; it's our goal to help members as much as possible no matter the situation they're in. We accept loan payments in a variety of methods (one time payments over the phone, through digital banking, in a branch, or at any of our ************************* If you don't know your loan details - our staff can look them up for you through these same channels, but do need to verify/authenticate a member before giving that information out. If you feel you were treated unfairly or that we broke any of our own policies, please don't hesitate to reach out and file a complaint through our ***************** They will investigate and see if any actions taken by our staff didn't follow our standards.Review from Carol E

Been a member for over 20 years. Left message 7 days ago for a rep to call me back. No call yet!! As I live in another state I can't go to the credit union. Just made a payment in my credit card through wings. Someone accidentally reversed the payment out of my account. Now they expect me to pay again for their error. I feel the bank should accept the error and recredit my account without me having to pay it again.Wings Credit Union Response

Thank you for this review/feedback. We do not charge ATM fees for members when you use one of the ******+ ATMs within our ATM network. Those machines are listed on our website. I used to work in the collections ***** Soon as I walked out from an insulting and hostile work environment they waited not even 24 hours to revoke any access I had to make payments on the loan I borrowed to move closer to the office. What a joke this place is. And remember ladies and gentleman they are EXEMPT from paying federal taxes. This is why everywhere you look now they are opening credit unions and building low income housing across the street. If they s**** up your accounts (and they will) it will be YOUR FAULT and YOUR CREDIT that suffers. My credit score was over 700 the day I quit this job. Within a month it was right back to ***. Can't keep their lies on track. Tells us we were late for a month last year and now we are being charged for it then when we call them out on it and have proof of transactions they go to the story of "Oh you didn't pay for last month." Even though we have proof of that. We pay our payments but apparently they don't get the money. It was taken out of our account so I don't know what you got going on but it's not our fault you all have a faulty system. It seems they purposefully do this so that they s**** your credit up, pitch you a fake offer of refinancing again for lower apr but in reality it's not a lower apr because your credit is screwed up because of late payments. So in reality they do this to keep you stuck with them during your loan longer than you need to be. Which screws up your credit so that you can't refinance through other banks. I am an investigating a financial transaction card fraud in ***** *********. The cardholder met with me the the Lakeville branch and the branch manager gave me the bank records with the disputed transactions. However, a couple of the transactions did not reflect the location of the point of sale. Merely a reference number. I was referred to the fraud department to obtain the details of the transaction so that I can get video of the suspect who is already in custody.The fraud department would not give me the information without the cardholder giving authorization in person at the branch. I explained that the cardholder has already done this and I have the documents authorized by the customer. I am not asking for personal information that I don't already have. Again, just a location of the sale so that I can get video. They then asked for a search warrant to get what I already have. Even if I execute the search warrant today. They will not process it for up to 3 weeks. By then the video will be gone.At the end of the day the cardholder is not the victim. Wings Financial is. They are protecting the suspect at the expense of the cardholder's time and effort.Wings Credit Union Response
