    Made an appointment to get 4 new tires a week prior , was told to show up at 5:50 pm prior to 6:00 pm when service closes . Waited tell 6:35 to get my vehicle with some kind of white grease all over my new tires and rims . Had tires on other. Vehicles from years past from other establishments over decades and over experienced this ! After all the vehicles I bought from this establishment totally disappointed !

    Brought my car in for service on May 6th 2024. Was told problem was fixed & costed me $2,700. Picked up vehicle on May 7th 2024 drove 15 miles & heard clicking noises in braking & dashboard. Called service center & was told to bring back in. I returned to service center on May 8th & after further diagnosis was told the cooler part failed that was replaced. Needed to have it re serviced to fix problem. VERY DISAPPOINTED that the problem WAS NOT complete to my satisfaction. I am filing a complaint & feel I was done VERY wrong!!!

    I am Very disappointed in my service I brought my vehicle to be serviced on 12/27/2022 for whatever the check engine light was on for they did a diagnostic and said that my throttle body needed to be fixed I told them to fix everything and they told me that they only fixed the ac compressor when they first stated that the throttle body needed to be replaced. I brought my car back again on 06/09/2023 because my car started to do the same thing that I brought it into the shop for in the first place and they turn around and tell me that my throttle bottle has to be replaced again along with a bunch of other things that come out out $2500. They finessed me out of my money because I’m a young black girl and they know that they were wrong .

    When the complainant brought the vehicle in in December, two issues were addressed. Firstly, the condenser of the vehicle was replaced, due to issues with the charge air cooler. Separately, the throttle body was cleaned, but not replaced. The dealership has documentation verifying that the owner of the vehicle was told the throttle body was not being replaced. 

    When the vehicle was brought back to the dealership on June 13 for a check engine light diagnosis, it was discovered that the throttle body was once again dirty. After further inspection, the technician discovered this was due to a valve blockage. This is a common issue for this type of vehicle. The issue was explained to the customer and a repair quote was provided. At this time, the complainants boyfriend became verbally abusive to the service employees, to the extent that managers had to intervene and ask him to leave. The diagnostic fee was waived, and the customer took the vehicle and left the premises. 

    While we understand that this is a frustrating situation for the customer, due to the verbal altercation on June 13, the dealership is not willing to service this vehicle further.

    I’m disappointed I bring my girlfriends car there back in December of 2022 for the throttle body because my car wasn’t excellerating and they went into so much other stuff and ran me a bill to 2200$ jus to clean the throttle body not even replacing it now here it is June 2023 and I’m having the same problem now they are sayin it’s goin to cost 2500$ be cause it’s the same issues and I guess more issues now that they got all my money and I’m still payin off for the first time they were supposed posed to fix it last December I’m really disappointed right now typing this I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there in all honesty
