I really wish stadiums would STOP using this company ASAP!! Its horrible that a lot of stadiums are cashless. Its honestly not acceptable at all to a lot of patrons. Anyway, this ReadyCard Corporation Its a total outsourced scam! I put money into the kiosk, got the card, took the receipt (thankfully) and went to use it to get food. I went to the cashier at the concession stand and the card DECLINED twice. The poor cashier said she hated these things and wish they would go back to taking cash. I walked away and called the number on the back of the receipt I had. It said on the automated system I had a zero balance. Of course it goes right to another country with their fake customer service names. He told me that he could see the transaction but didnt go through. I asked why it DECLINED and he couldnt answer me. He said I could request a refund and that it will take about a week to receive back on the card. I accepted that. Well I checked back well after a week and still no money. Zero balance. I called back tonight and again some fake name guy answered and he told me the merchant posted for the full amount on my card!!!! Mind you the food was not even $17. But they took all of the money?? Now tell me how the stadiums concession point of sale system declined my transaction but yet could somehow take all of the money out??? No I dont buy it. I wish I would have called the number right after I go it to make sure the money I put in the card was readily available. Because I bet you anything it would have been zero before I tried using it. Then guy on the phone had the nerve to say it was my opinion that the card declined on their end. Lets just say that didnt go over too well for him. I placed a dispute requesting my money back **** or I am taking further action. This so called company is a total scam! I put my cash in, and they quite literally stole itI guess in my opinion

This business is a scam. I wish event spaces that stop taking cash would also stop using this company. 1. You can't spend more than what is on the card and pay the difference with something else 2. But you can't reload the card either to get to the fund you need so that you don't lose *******. They take $3.99 off the card every month that you don't use it. 4. They won't refund any remaining balance even if it's under $5 I don't know how they haven't had a class action against them yet. Avoid this card at all costs.

I am a senior citizen who's been receiving monthly ssi payments on this Ready card for 12 years and this month my payment did not come to the card. My payment was scheduled to be received on September 2nd due to the labor day weekend. I reached out to Ready Card customer service they gave me the run around. Most of the representatives told me they did not receive any direct deposit for this month and to reach out to the social security board for a tracking number. So thats exactly what I did and the social security board told me they don't issue tracking numbers but they did confirm that my payment was sent to my Ready Card account. They even confirmed the routing and accounting number. I truly believe someone at ready card has committed fraud and stole my entire check. Its now 4 days later and still no payment $1100 just missing nobody knows where it is and here I am struggling unable to pay for rent or medication. This is truly unacceptable I've been a loyal cardholder with then for 12 years and this is how they do me.

I only had $45 in cash to pay for my luggage at *** airport. This was on 5/20/22. Per the paper distributed from the machine, I was told to bring this receipt to your airline agent. I was using the money to pay Delta for a flight leaving in an hour. After speaking with 3 levels of ***************** the consensus was that Delta employees do not work for Ready Card. The receipt states that the agent will contact the card company and move your money to a new card. I never received a card nor my money back. I called several times only to be directed to a web site to leave information, with card details, about a card I never received. I have followed the prompts and email on their website and have never received any feedback or an acknowledgement. Thank GOD for people in the line that put money together and paid, on one person card, for my luggage. If I dont have a response in the next couple of days with a full refund in cash of my money, I will move forward with legal action. Pain, suffering, embarrassment, no money, no customer service, no legitimate plan for immediate reimbursement, to make a few to show negligence and fraudulent intent. This machine allows you to put up to $1,000. I cant imagine someone headed on a trip and put $1,000 on this card to only find out that this company has no good intentions with its customer service. I need my $45 in cash asap. If a transaction does not give the deliverable, a loaded credit card, refuse the money and give it back.

Ready Card is NOT a BBB accredited company, for a reason. Also, they do not believe in customer satisfaction because the only way I got, a live person, on the phone was when I went to the BBB website and retrieved phone number ************. After speaking with ****, who was very apologetic but could not help get resolve, I received a call from *****. *****, who is a manager, made this a Delta training problem due to their contract and not a POint Of Sale, Ready Card machine ownership problem. She did however state that they are looking into rejecting the money when the card does not dispense, which I suggested, but at the present is not the plan. Like I stated to *****, I do not want a debit card or any product from Ready Card. I want my $45 cash that I inserted into the machine that did not deliver the advertised product, the card. The same way you delivered a ticket with details of how Delta should reimburse me, shows Ready Card perpetuation of ownership, accountability and customer satisfaction. There is no way after all I went through that we should be at a point of me having to go through BBB to request cash from a company that writes checks all day. If I insert $45 for a pair of pants and the pants dont deliver, I dont need the pants anymore and shouldnt be forced to take the pants. The definition is POS is Point Of Sale. That is what happens in that space and at that point. There was no deliverable given and therefore there was no point of sale. You dont comeback days later and force me to take the deliverable that I needed that day. I dont need a **** debit card. I want my original method of payment, that I inserted, for an expected deliverable, which was $45 cash. Please forward me cash or a check that can be cashed/deposited into my checking account. I have spoken with at least 2 people that have my phone number. You can call me and get my mailing address for the check information.
