Terrible company to deal with as an injured employee. Their negligence actually made my condition worse. They do the bare minimum to help and are the RUDEST people when you call. AVOID.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! One of the worst companies I've dealt with in 25 years of business. The kept coming to our office and asking to do a quote. After a couple years, I finally let them. We really wish we'd stayed with our previous provider who truly cared and was responsive. Federated offered a competitive price and some good employee training items, so we agreed. Within months, our agent had moved and we've had multiple agents since then. They messed up information with our audit for several years until one senior auditor caught it and refunded us for several years. He has since moved. This year, our premiums increased 27%, with no claims EVER and no change in coverage or business operations. I thought it would be sorted out during the audit. The audit was done by two new young men who asked absolutely nothing about our company. After, there was another increase, for a total premium increase of 48% from last year- again with no claims ever and no change in coverage or business operations. We were told that Federated thought some of our work belonged in a different class code so they changed it. Again- this was already addressed with a previous auditor and fixed. The current auditor did not ask an single question about our business, and they have yet to explain what the audit charges are or what this new class code is. They don't respond to calls or emails. We cancelled over a month ago and have yet to be refunded for the remaining 9 months of our policy year. Federated only offers customer service initially, and once you are signed up, forget about any type of service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I have a hardware store with a rental operation. When we started as a new customer we explained to them who and what the business was. I was a customer of theirs for 6 months paid them over $30,000 in that 6 months and unfortunately to everyone involved had a loss of equipment due to theft for about $20,000. We had a customer pay for a rental then a week later stole the unit, we contacted local police and had a GPS on the unit and tried very hard to recover. After a month of trying decided to officially file the claim with Federated. They denied the claim because we willing "gave" the customer the unit and it was not stolen. The told me see page 97/303 section 2 part C. Think of the stereotypically sleazy insurance company who takes your money but when you have a claim acts like you are trying to steal from them. I would avoid this company at all costs.

?? Dual Floods, A Singular Disregard - Following two devastating floods instigated by ******************* (ICT's) negligence, Federated Mutual Insurance Company's response was disappointingly dismissive. Despite clear evidence of ongoing dampness, they prematurely claimed my home was dry, contradicting visible proof and expert opinions. ??????? The Vanishing Promise of Action - When the water mitigation team advised extensive repairs due to sustained dampness, Federated Mutual initially concurred. Astonishingly, they later backtracked, ignoring the advice and my plight. This flip-flop not only questioned their ethical compass but left me facing potential long-term damage and mold risks. ?????? The ****ICT Insurance Shuffle - Attempting to navigate this triad of NFM, ICT, and Federated Mutual Insurance became a dizzying dance. Each party's readiness to pass the buck rather than provide solutions exemplified a startling lack of customer care and responsibility. ?????? Echo Chamber of Unresponsiveness - My efforts to communicate with Federated Mutual were met with a ***** silence. Calls and emails disappeared into a void, leaving my concerns unaddressed and my questions unanswered. A profound letdown in customer service. ??????? Navigating Ethical Waters - This journey has been a ***** reminder of the crucial need for integrity in insurance practices. In my case, Federated Mutual Insurance Company's approach has been markedly lacking in this regard.?? Seeking Collective Wisdom - To those who might find themselves in similar murky situations: how would you steer this ship? Your experiences and advice could be a beacon for others navigating these challenging waters. Let's unite in sharing strategies to combat unethical insurance practices. ????

*********** Carwashs (*********,**) Insurance company they use (Federated Insurance Company). The crossbar was clearly ripped up and off. See ****** Review (*********** Carwash *********, **) with pictures. So after using this carwash for about a year and never having any issues, the last time I went through with our 2019 ****** TRD Pro; one of our (Factory) roof rack cross crossbars was ripped completely off by the spinning shammy wheel dryer. The employee and I both went inside the wash to retrieve the cross member and noticed shredded pieces of shammy on my vehicle. So, as common sense dictates a piece of the shammy spinning dryer wheel caught, wrapped around, and ripped off the crossbar. The employee agreed and took my information to file a claim and let his manager know. I was contacted by the manger and gave him pictures and details and he said that he would have to file a claim with their insurance company and assured me it would be taken care of. Long story short and at no fault of the carwashes manager, as his hands were tied; a month later and only after I followed up several times with no response from Federated Service Insurance Company, I received an email from ********************* - Claims Representative, stating that there was no issue with the carwash, the issue was the roof rack and our claim had been denied! After speaking with his Supervisor (again, after several email requests to do so), he (*******************) said that no other cars had an issue that day, so it wasn't due to faulty equipment. ********************* ***************************************************** Insurance Company *************************************** ******************* (Claims ********************************************** Insurance Company *************************************** Beware and do yourself a favor and never use this insurance company as they will not pay for any damage! This type of insurance company ******* residents and companies should stay far away from!
