Fraudulent billing. Watch your unit hours they submit. They will book 4 hour sessions which they refer to as units when the sessions only last 2 or 3 hours.

I had a good experience with my psychiatrist ****** ***** and my daughter really likes hers as well, ********. Both work at the ************* The problem that I have had is the business office. They cut you off of your medication with no notice because of a late charge, because you were sick. Sorry that I was ill in the middle of the night and didnt know 24 hrs in advance. They charged I believe 225$ I complained and told them they were going to be reported to the BBB because of preying on mentally fragile people who rely on medication to stay stable. Would they do that if i were diabetic? I have moved on and do not want to speak to this business again, so save your breathe. Just beware. It is not the providers it is the business that I have issues with. The front desk staff and the providers were great!!!!Review from David S

We had testing scheduled in **** rapids 1 hr 15 min away from home, they called 5 min before appt to cancel 2nd time i was 2min away from buisness ! This is unacepptable!Nystrom & Associates Ltd Response

Today I had an appointment with ******************** have never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful She should not be allowed to work with other humans At the end of the hour intake interview for medications she informed she probably wouldnt be able to help me So clearly she just wanted to bill me the hourly rate What a waste of time I have been going to therapy for years and I wound not let my dog be seen by herNystrom & Associates Ltd Response

Terrible place to work with ******************* is a liar and sneaky person to trust. She went behind my back and questioned my 2 teen daughter about pca service. When I ask her why she acted like she never ask them that. First off my kids are teenagers who trying to live a normal life and dont want people knowing they get pca are disability. Not only did she question them she also made false allegations about what my daughter need are. Unless you live in my house with my daughter you dont know what her need are. What 16 and 17 year old want people to know they getting help from someone with cares.Nystrom & Associates Ltd Response

Hello my name is **************************. I have a question. I have a therapist with Nystrom and associates. My Therapist is helping me With PTSD cos by a Terrifying event. My Therapist tells me that she has to make a report to the judge and will tell the judge I have PTSD. And that I am not a threat to my child. My Therapist indicated to me that case worker boss is bias towards me. And making false claims towards me. Don't my therapist in her report to the court. Include said person those not have ******************* and his child in there best interest. In order to deceive the court.!Shouldn't she report Bias. Will not allow you to see providers if you have a bill even if you are prescribed medications that you can not stop abruptly. Definitely unethical practices.Nystrom & Associates Ltd Response

Awful place to work with, tried for two months to get my prescription filled and they just dont seem to know what they are doing. Im not the doctor, I should not be asking the medical questions. I doubt any of them went to med school.Nystrom & Associates Ltd Response

I went to see ********************* and during a therapy session when she realized I made a mistake she laughed in my face. Which is why I terminated therapy with her. I went to her to learn EMDR therapy for Binge Eating Disorder. She is trained and teaches EMDR. But she is very overweight. How am I supposed to have any confidence in this therapy she teaches for Binge Eating Disorder when it obviously doesn't work for her or she doesn't bother to apply it to herself.Nystrom & Associates Ltd Response

WORST visit I've ever had!!! I took my dad to their **********, ** office for a first time visit and the lady he had was absolutely RUDE! Including sighing and rolling her eyes at my 2 year old daughter who I had to bring to the visit. She's TWO!! Wouldn't let her touch nothing in her room and I mean NOTHING! And couldn't offer her some crayons or coloring book or anything. Didn't wanna listen to anything we were saying and rushed ** out of the room. And even told me to stop talking so SHE could talk!! Holy bananas... I cannot believe this lady works there. I'll be switching doctors asap! Do NOT see or recommend *****************************!!!
