    I purchased a rival 410 crossbow from killer instincts within 20 drawstrings. My string broke and the retention arm. The rubber has separated from the metal. tried to fill out the service request online. It will not go through. Tried to call them at the 3026 number they tell you to fill out of service request. They wont let you talk to anybody and they tell you itll take 2 to 3 days before they get back to you. Horrible customer service all Im trying to do is get my bow fixed.

    This is my first crossbow Ive ever owned and it is horrible after 20 shots the crossbow exploded in my face! Im surprised I didnt get hurt. Ive been trying to contact the community any for a week and half with no luck at all except an automated email I sat in the phone for an hour waiting for a customer representative to answer they never do Ive emailed them several times and never get a response! I am very disappointed in this company and feel very betrayed. Im $600 dollars in on killer instinct products crossbow, scope, bolts and I havent even stepped foot in the ***** yet this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life! Why offer a lifetime warranty if your not even going to do anything you say you are that is false advertising Im surprised your even still in business and I feel bad for your employees you take advantage of people take their money and dont do anything to help them out when your product is faulty you all should be ashamed of yourself I dont even know how you all got in stores Im surprised you answered the phone for them or answered and email you all need to get off you a*s and do something to help out your customers Im sure were not the only people trying to get ahold of you all through email and phone. You all should be sued be every single person here. You all are a disgrace to every other crossbow company and hunters alike. ****************, HORRIBLE CROSSBOWS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE! I hope you all go bankrupt.

    I shot 2 bolts out of the bow. Cocked it for the 3rd time and the right side limbs broke. Filed a warranty claim online with no response. Has tried calling multiple times and can't get though to any. It is archery season in Pa right now and I'm without a bow. Brand new bow is broken

    Worst bow worst service. Bow is built off. After 100 shots, still can't hit where I aim. Didn't register bow, so warranty doesn't apply ( says company). Bow was purchased for my wife's first hunting season, she may never **** now after the frustration of 3 weeks of shooting and the last 6 out of 10 arrows missed the target at 12 yards. Killer instinct, killed my wife's desire to ****. Just plain shameful!

    They are a terrible quality bow with terrible customer service. My bow was hanging on the wall when the limbs blew up only a year old and they will not replace the limbs. I had a 2 ******* by them 1 of them had there's blow up a month later and the other blew up the same day as purchase while sighting it in. The guy at sportsman warehouse even told me it's not worth fixing that the bows are not safe highly disappointed

    I purchased a BC 415. Model 2002C Serial# **********. The first time I shot at a deer the string broke. Both limbs were damaged. **** from Killer Instinct told me I had the option of sending them the bow for repairs or them sending me the parts. I wanted the parts sent to me. The string and limbs are damaged. This is a fact. I suggested the trigger should be replaced because I believe a faulty trigger may have damaged the string. I say this because 2 years prior I purchased a BC 370 from them and the trigger broke the first time I fired that bow. They did send me a new trigger for the BC370 which I installed myself. Now they will not honor their offer to send me the parts. This bow should have been replaced. I would have accepted the parts to repair. Killer Instinct chooses not to stand behind their product.Also I purchased as a gift for my brother this very same BC415 bow. I told him do not use it because it is not safe.***************************

    THE ***** X CROSS BOW IS JUNK. 2 TIMES NOW SINCE IT WAS PURCHASED IN AUGUST OF 2023, THE SRINGS HAVE BROKEN. THE SECOND TIME IT AFFECTED THE ***** BOTH TIMES THE CROSSBOW BROKE IT WAS NOT DUE TO NEGLECT OR USER ERROR OR MISUSE IT HAS BEEN AT THE REPAIR SHOP, WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED, FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. FIRST THEY SEND THE WRONG CAMS, NOW THEY CAN'T SEND THE RIGHT ONES. I CONTACTED KILLER INSTINCT . I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ON THE ****** SHE RUDELY HUNG UP ON ME. THIS THING IS A PIECE OF JUNK AND THE COMPANY WHO HAD THE ***** TO MANUFACTURE IT IS VERY , VERY BAD. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER AWAY FROM ANY PRODUCT MADE BY KILLER INSTINCT.

    DO NOT BUY A CROSSBOW FROM KILLER INSTINCT! MY FATAL X BLEW UP ON LIKE THE 10TH SHOT! ****** SERVICE IS A NO GO FOR THEM! TRIED CALLING AND EMAILING NEVER GET THROUGH! LIFETIME WARRANTY IS A LIE! HOW CAN U FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM WHEN YOUY CANT GET AHAOLD OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Crossbow limbs cracked. Tried calling every day for two weeks, waiting over an hour at times for someone to answer, but no one ever picked up. Sent multiple emails, but no one answered. Contacted multiple bow shops, but all said that they used to service Killer Instinct crossbows, but that they were no longer able to service then due to the fact that they, themselves, were unable to make contact with the business. Killer Instinct promised its customers that it would warranty their product, but seem to have skipped town won't even reply to their dealers and services, much less us lowly customers.

    Its a peace of trash. Sot it 15 times cam broke and string messed up. And cant get a response back by phone or email
