    We purchased a living room suit from kennett store. Sales people were super nice. Delivery people were great as well. Extremely satisfied with our purchase and service.

    Purchased & paid for a no name full size box spring on 6/8/23 only received my credit card signed copy. was delivered on 6/16/23 by kids of Dexter Mo. Kids brought it into my bedroom in basement a laid it on frame then had my husband sign paper it was delivered. Never gave us a copy. I had foot surgery 2 days beforehand unable to do steps to see it. I went down about 2 days an took a look and saw the springs were damaged at a corner , grease spots on about 3 places and the seam was ripped. I called Bullock dexter store where we purchased and told them. The lady said they would have a new one out next morning by 11 am since we were moving my elderly parents in to this basement. They never called never showed up. So we called again an she said they would be here. That never came.My mom age 87 an dad age 90 and a veteran went up to the store and asked for a receipt which she got. But then the gal said they can not take a 3 week old damaged springs back. It’s not been 3 weeks as of today 6/29 from day of delivery it’s been less than 2 weeks. And 1/2 of the week was trying to get them to exchange the springs. My dad finally bought another some where else. So my mom called the home office store in Kennett and was trying to speak to mgr. they kept her on hold 10 minutes said they would call her back an as of now still have not. So now I have a piece of crap box springs in my living area I’m going to have to haul off! Plus out more money for another set of springs. And Bullocks who has many complaints is ***** free again! New to the area had no clue!

    I purchased a new refrigerator in early October 2022. When it was delivered, with a $50 delivery and install fee, the delivery men removed the doors from the refrigerator to gain access to the house. Since the doors were already removed I asked that they be installed to open in the other direction due to the configuration of the kitchen. They said "No problem" and what I expected to be a fifteen min. *** took two hours and forty-five min. The freezer door was removed and reinstalled countless times and when they left the door wobbled about 1 1/2 inches with two brackets dangeling from the hinges for no apparent reason. I called Bullocks several times and a man came by, looked at the referigator and said " I'll go to the shop, get some tools and be right back. A few weeks later after hearing nothing from anyone I went to the store and asked the owner if he was aware of the situation. I was informed that "The problem was mine and I should not have asked them to reverse the doors, I'll order some parts". It's now Jan. 20th 2023 and I have learned a valuable ****** about customer service.

    I spent $7300 here for living room and bedroom furniture. One of my pieces never came in after 6 months of them telling me a date to only push it back each time. This went on 4 times. I asked for a refund on that one piece since it has yet to come in. They did not want to refund my money but give an in store credit only! After spending that much money what could I possibly need at this point?. Do not order from here! They do not care about customers and will steal your money.
