This company has never contacted me, all of a sudden a debt that I do not owe showed up on my account. *** attempted to call but am hung up on or there is no answer. Per my state laws and the ***** the cannot report a debt that is past the statue of limitations, nor can they report a debt w/o sending proof or validation of the debt of the debt. I have disputed this with the ************** I do not owe anyone money and they are ruining my credit score!!!!Review from Janet L

Wow! They called and said I owed an electric company which I currently have my electric from. Paid the bill. Called my electric company. My electric company said it was a scam. Called CACI back. Told them and the manager starting yelling at me and only cared about the fact I said this was fraud. He got really nasty to the point I had hang up. What a nasty company. I didnt owe a debt and was yelled at for telling them what the electric company told me. That they are scamming me! Be aware!! Plus they couldnt verify my current address.Review from Martha B

I'm not liable for this debt with CONSUMER ADJUSTMENT CO. I do not have any contract with this collection agency trying to collect reporting to my credit report. They did not provide me the original contract as requested. Nor do I know who this company is and why they have harassed me repeatedly calling so far as even being aggressively hostile and rude. Whoever ************** *** is should be investigated as well as the company completely unacceptable and flat out harassing with aggressive threats.Review from LORI P

This company is fraud. You pay the debt and they remove it from credit and 6 months later they resport the same debt. paid it again and now a month later they are reporting the same debt. this time I have hired an attorney to **** they have both proof of payments and are starting a lawsuit,I suggest you do the same.Review from Josh G

Consumer Adjusment reported me for a fraudulent Loan that i never made , i called them and i was told that the loan was made March 20 , 2020 to Lendly LLC for $1000 now is $1521 , a Fraud Loan almost 4 years ago , why wait 4 years ? , i could have disputed this in 2020 , I am in the prosses of filing a police report , i did a fraud report with the federal trade comission too this morning, This company appeared on my credit report out of nowhere, taking my credit score down with equifax , this will affect my house and car insurance if not removed , this is a fraudelent loan with consumer adjustment collection companyReview from Brandon S

Total BS and a scam. They say I owe $1113 yet they can't provide any documentation to prove anything.
