On March 18, 2022, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a civil lawsuit against Road to Load Best Movers LLC, United Relocation Movers LLC, Eagle Eye Moving LLC, and Elite Moving and Storage LLC, Ibrahim Secic, Esefa Secic, Dzemo, Secic, Kasim Secic, Antonijo Secic, Melissa Bajric, Ohran Secic, Enver Secic, Enes Secic, Edis Secic and Abid Secic for violations of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act.
The lawsuit alleges the defendants acquired household goods moving contracts from brokers and then failed to honor the brokers' quoted prices and other service items. The petition seeks restitution on behalf of the consumers, as well as a permanent injunction to stop the defendants from continuing to conduct business.The case is pending.
