The complaint I have with Sinclair Buick is not informing me of the availability of a key service. No one informed me that the ****** maps feature of the truck, that was always functioning on my test drives, was actually a service that only worked with a paid subscription after your purchase. I purchased the most expensive maintenance packed that was offered, but I have never had OnStar and still don't, but I do like ****** maps. Long story short, if I was properly informed on the ****** maps feature I could have reduced my maintenance package cost to cover it. The no maintenance package was over $8,000.Review from Aaron S

Do Not Buy a car from them Check in Agent ***********, disrespectful. When dealing with a dissatisfied customer, just says we are talking in circles, let me pass this to my supervisor Technician, *********************: ************* change, zero notations of oil pan plug defects. Previous 3 oil changes performed at the shop, also zero notifications of any issues during 52 point inspection. 1 week later ******** change: there is a non ****** pan drain plug present and you it cost $1500 for you to replace.Service Manager, *******************-We assumed you knew there was a non ****** drain plug. Sorry its leaking after we performed the oil change, I can give you a discount. Very disrespectful to my wife because she is a women in a car conversation.Used car department- We will buy your car from you if want. Me: so why would you want to buy a car if its leaking oil after a change at your shop. Mmmm **** Sinclair- 1st, also disrespectful to my wife, same as *****. they are shocked a woman know so much about cars end quote. I see you bought your car from us, get is serviced here, Ill give you a discount of $475 just cost. Part alone is $175 at a VW dealership and your a GM dealership ordering a GM part.Review from Warren W

I only have my 2018 gmc Sierra 1500 slt z71 serviced at Dave Sinclair gmc bought it new from Dave Sinclair and couldn't be happier with the dealership always polite and friendly and always makes sure we are happy with the service. ***** ***** is always our service advisor and he is the best always knowledgeable about everything on our truck and always makes sure we get the best possible deal. Just paid for the rear brakes to be done and the pads were defective and they replaced not only the pads but rotors free of charge because of the problem.Review from Donna C

Needed quick service and I was able to get the appointment. The csr on the phone assisted with the appointment and ***** provided excellent service. Quick and efficient so had a minimal wait in their nice waiting room.Review from Gina J

Our fourth time purchasing a vehicle from this dealer and this was BY FAR our best experience! **** was patient and very much earned our trust. We had a hiccup with the ** Family First Discount, but he remained patient while the issue was resolved. He was there with us through every step of the process to ensure we had a phenomenal purchasing experience. He also provided a thorough explanation of our 2022 **C Denali and pointed-out features we would want to adjust from the start to make life easier. He asked multiple times if we wanted him to go over anything else or provide any further explanation before we left the lot. We really cannot say enough good things. Always a great experience having my truck serviced at **** Sinclair. Work is done correctly and on time. I have never had them recommend any work that was not needed in my opinion.
