Im Rejecting this because I shouldnt have paid a month it wasnt worth it I am uploading all the proof that shows the current miles on the car which is extremely and I mean EXTREMELY! close to the starting mile when I bought the car if the math is done correctly it will accurately calculate that I havent Driven the car a week then it stopped working and for the past 11 months Ive been paying out of pocket to have the car repaired (Proof of receipts to show how much money Ive spent on repairs will be provided as well because of Based Warranty Which doesnt cover Engine work or work regarding the Computer. The car still isnt fixed I have certified dealership mechanics that can testify that they said and I quote Ive never seen anything like this before Multiple Dealerships TOWING, LABOR, Parts was All paid by me Receipts and Bank Statements which will be included will prove it all.

I was so happy to purchase my first car. I went to Earl's Used Cars and purchased a ******* Sonata. After driving about 5 miles home, the car was smoking under the hood. I called the car lot and they had me to bring it back. I picked it up the next day, which was a Saturday. On Monday, I went to work and back home. Later, the car would not go into gear. I called them, and they told me that it was nothing they could do about it. I explained to them that I had not put 50 miles on the car and I needed a ride to work. They ignored me and treated me in any way. They were very unprofessional. Now, I was stuck with a car on the side of the road because it would not move. Then, I told them that I could not pay for a car to be repaired that I had just bought. The car sat there for 3 months. One day, it was repossessed. Now, I am being garnished on my part-time job for $12,000. Why should I owe $12,000 for a car I put $2500 down on and only drove for roughly 3 days? I feel they took advantage of me because I was 19 years old and a female. I cannot purchase a new car because this car is on my credit. I feel like I have been treated unfairly because I was sold a lemon. They could have at least traded or repaired the car. They did not try to work with me. Now, I may have to file bankruptcy just so I can start over.

I purchased a car from KEM (with an 'E') at Earl's Used Cars March 3, 2023. When I picked it up and got home I began to notice malfunctions and a very unclean car. The trunk doesn't work, rear taillight out, no handle on passenger door, windshield wipers shredded, the third door does not open, door ajar light stays on and worst of all the car is making a noise and sputtering when it is driven. I was told when buying the car (by the owner) that he had ordered a door handle for the car and would have it installed. I have called twice to check on it and the part hasn't even been ordered both times that I called. I also called regarding the car is now immobile, I was told, by, *** that she would look into it and call me back. Two or more hours later I received a call from the receptionist stating that I would have to call the warranty company for issues. This car was bought28 days ago and have had nothing but severe problems
