I went to drivemax a few times over a period of a year looking and preparing to buy a vehicle . The service I was presented made me feel safe making a purchase from them up until I was actually able to make said purchase a year later . Last month I applied and was approved for a vehicle in which diluk showed me what I could get and that they would approve me for in house financing . I had 3 weeks to get the final amount needed and actually showed up a week early to make the purchase . Upon arriving my experience was not great ** *** was saying that diluk should not have told us they would in house finance , that she wasnt doing it and I was like its ok .. its no big deal Ill just go look elsewhere . Then She proceeded to change her mind and decided to work with me . Before we finished the paperwork she sent an employee out to check the mileage and the car wouldnt crank so she ordered me a new battery which was cool so I trusted that I was making the right decision. as soon as I left the lot and stopped to put gas in , it would not crank! Come to find out the fuel pressure sensor needs replaced. later in the evening I go wash the car and realize My windshield wipers dont work AT ALL! I go to tell them the next day and to get the oil changed bc they told me to come back and *** says if its driveable just keep driving it and get some rainx .What I dont understand is why its been 2 weeks and still no parts ! Everytime I call or go by there I get the run around and so I have no oil changed, no windshield wipers and my car doesnt want to crank every time I put gas in it ! I have been polite, professional and I have stopped by many times to discuss this and its like now it doesnt matter . I wanted to come here bc I liked the service provided but now I see I was fooled. I think its ridiculous Im paying for awarranty that they said covers it yet they arent taking care of their customers and making sure they do what they say they are going to do .

Earls Used Cars is a horrible company to buy a car from. I went in Friday to go buy a car from them and let them hold a deposit of $500 to hold the car for me until Saturday. I didn't see non-refundable or non-transferable on the receipt. I changed my mind about getting the car and went back in to get my $500 and was told that I couldn't get my deposit back. They told me I would have to wait until Monday to see the manager. I highly suggest you run away from this company when trying to purchase a car because they are full of crap. They are nice until you don't want to do business with them or after the car buying process.
