I purchased a vehicle on July 9th ***** I asked about a spare key and was told that they were going to look it, Since that time Ive spoken with 2 other people that they would then look for it . I hadnt heard anything about that key from anybody . Today i talked with ****** at ***** and was told that they didnt have to have a spare key for used cars. This was after i was told by 3 different people that they would look for it . And one of those people being my salesman ***** who was fired and according to ****** it was for similar issues. Now i am the one paying the price for incompetence and lack of responsibility , There should be liability because they obviously knew this was an issue , as ****** said it had happened before with others and now i am paying the price because i am now expected to get a ****** spare key to which i dont have the money for .If i could give the car back i would . I will no longer do business with Chevrolet of Helena

Purchased a 2014 kia ******* with a $**** deposit April 14th or 15th 2022. Vehicle broke down on April 30th, approximately 90 miles from home. Called dealership and was given roadside assistance information which I was disconnected from twice. Called dealership back and was told someone would call me. Meanwhile we had 3 kids in the car getting upset, so we called a tow company, ************* to get it to ***********. There was a total of $525 for the tow and a diagnostic that the dealership agreed to pay the diagnostic portion and told us to contact the warranty company Ally. We didn't get the cards for Ally until the week following the incident. For one month I tried reaching out to Ally and Lithia to get assistance paying for the tow with no call back. 11 outgoing calls to the dealership and still no one has called back and I've been without a vehicle for 31 days. I want a refund of my **** and for them to take the car back and just be done with this company.
