    For months now this company has called me multiple times a day if not at least once a day from different phone numbers in different states. I blocked every incoming call but the calls and messages continue. I have never done business with this company, I never intend to do business with this company, but they some how are missing important documents to be able to complete my loan application. I am not looking for loans so I have no clue how I ended up on their radar but I just want to be left alone.

    Apparently, Capital One sells your information. My boyfriend and I both signed up for the saver one capital one card and ever since then we have been inundated with fraud calls from first Horizon Bank.

    A Negative number would be more appropriate. They don't stop calling! It's always the same recording no matter the number. I've tried asking them to stop calling. I've told them more times than I can recall. How many ways can one say I'm not interested! They should be heavily fined. I'm sure I can't be the only one. They've literally become a cancer in my life. Five to 10 times a day isn't normal. Shut them down or layout restrictions. This is harassment.

    Terrible service from bank any transaction needs to be done in person at the branch location, customer service reps and supervisors are totally useless. Very disappointed with type of service this bank provides. will never do any business with them ever again

    capital one is one of the most dishonest card companies. my father died last year, and I made a mistake on my quicksilver card. The supervisor on duty was one of the most racist people i had come in contact within my life. we had done a 3-way call with my bank because of one of my payments, and she didn't even ask about a deposit that I receive. SSI dis ability to be exact. even the lady at the bank asked her why. When I told the supervisor that I understand we all make mistakes and that my father was about to die, she just hung up the phone. I will say this, I can get a little load when I feel that I have been done wrong. I take responsibility for that. So, they closed my account at ****************** without telling me. i had to find out the hard way. So, if you're looking for any understanding from the. you will not get it. Some of them need to realize that if it wasn't for the consumer, they wouldn't have a company rate them at way below level THEY SUCK!!

    The worst bank ever. They try and hold your money and when you want to withdraw all your money because its over 9,000 they put a hold on it. They take the hold off and you go get it they state thehold was removed by mistake then put another hold on it for 2weeks. Then they say when I do come to get the funds they are going to close my account. Like I said the worst. Plus after the service I received I was going to close any way. Just give me my money please.

    BEWARE We took out a loan for a building expansion in 2018. Upon the insistence of our accountant, we worked with Mike F***** at First Horizon. The courting process was fine.... nice people, the rate was decent, everything seemed fine. The moment the loan closed, the entire relationship changed. We were basically threatened that we had to move all our general checking over to them or risk losing the loan. For five years we have paid the note on time. Never late, never underpaid, never a problem. In fact, my wife hates debt so bad that she made it a rule to DOUBLE pay the note every month. It wasn't quite double, but it was a round figure that made it easy on us to keep track of. The payment was 56% what was due, and 44% overpayment towards the principal. At the end of five years, First Horizon reached out and said they need to redo some paperwork. It's time for the "five year call." (Basically I've learned that means the bank gets to refinance the loan to terms that make it more appealing to them because it sure as hell didn't help us at all). In January, after filling out endless paperwork again, I get an email with the new rate. We opened a loan at 4.6%, DOUBLE paid it for five years, and NOW after jumping through all your hoops, you're offering us a rate of 6.75%? And the interest in almost TWICE a year what the principal is? The bill jumped about $600 a month. And the new structure was 67% of the annual payments going towards interest. How is it humanly possible that we can double pay and someone still think it's ok to hit you with 2/3 of your new rate being pure interest? Funny enough, every other bank we called about moving this loan started out at a better rate than the "Great customer" rate at First Horizon. Watch out for Mike F***** and First Horizon. I'd gladly detail the other issues, but there's only so much words allowed in this review section.

    I had a credit card with a cash backing of $500. I paid the account off September 30, 2022. Two months latermy funds have not been released back to me. When I call, I am told it will take 10 days. I have called 3 times in 2 months and still my funds are not available to me as I have been told they would after 10 days

    I’m noticing when reconciling my bank balance is always short. I keep an excel spreadsheet with all my income and expenses and it’s never correct. I also notice these $10.00 in and out charges. I do not trust this bank at all. The only reason we are with them is cause they bought out Iberia bank. Getting all my direct deposits in order and bill withdrawals to switch to Chase.

    Inhumane and dehumanizing business practices. Horrible customer service. Customers are treated like they are property.
