Dont waste your time. We have been waiting 5 weeks for a sample in the mail so we can finalize the color of a carport. We are told they mailed it, told it was overnighted, told it was sent priority mail and it has never arrived. No return phone calls, terrible customer service. We have wasted 2 months with this company. Is this a legit company??? ******.Millennium Buildings, Inc. Response

We received your initial request about three weeks ago, on October 15, and followed up with another request and a phone call on October 28. Makayla was wonderful explaining things to me, supporting my decision, very polite, and prompt to answer any questions we had, she's excellent giving me advice on what I would need, she was an excellent on listening to what I wanted and helping me find what I needed I would give her more stars if I could me and my husband are completely and fully comfortable and content at the choice that Makayla has helped us with, we are completely satisfied, thank you for having her on ur team to help with decision making for people like me and my husband, we are definitely glad we chose millennium buildings for our carportMillennium Buildings, Inc. We have three buildings from Millennium Buildings, we have worked with Kristy B**** with each! She is fast, prompt, professional and always willing to hear or help us. The workers were all neat, polite, and had great attention to detail! Both crews worked so hard completing 2 buildings in 12 hours (in 2022- Joe M****** Crew 2)and the third in 24 hr (it was more complex- CCR Installations). All three buildings were different, set on different bases, had many unique features to fit in our spaces. Very happy with all three buildings- will be going for #4 in 2024!!! This is a revised version of my earlier review. After speaking with the company representative that I work with ordering the building we agreed that the problems that I had is with the manufacturer of the building and their installation crew . As far as Millennium Buildings they have preformed very well with helping make buying a building a very pleasant experience . A GREAT shout out to Kristy B**** for following up and ensuring me there company was concerned about me experience with installation crew a will be following up on her end to make sure that other will not experience the same things againMillennium Buildings, Inc. "Millenium Buildings" the Great Company for any Metal Building's needs. Kristy B**** is the best assets for the Company. Her professional knowledge, patience, and willingness to help can made any project to complete in time, and with best satisfaction. She always answered the calls and help negotiate with the distributor. In the scale from 1 to 10- the best, she is at list 12!!! It was pleasure to work with her, knowing everything will be 100% completed with satisfaction. The building I ordered, was not an average building, many detail was customized to my specification. We been going through many complicated details, and at the end, I cannot be happier seeing the result. The job was completed in very timely manner, taking every circumstance in the account. I will recommend her over any body, I work in my long-life span, so far…. Good job Kristy and thank you! The Installers crew from "5 Star Building"; Dany, Hernan, Hector, and Ismael, was the best crew, I ever deal with. Won't work with you when they give you the shaft. 6 week lead time turned into 12 and all they could say was they don't dictate the lead times. then don't sell that date! Zero communication along the way. I either lose my deposit to go elsewhere or wait. Those are the only options they have given me. No breaking contract with a return on deposit and no discount for their incompetence.Millennium Buildings, Inc. Response

Our services as the dealer were completed by creating the binding contract to place your order. Mrs. ***** ****, as stated on the signed contract, you acknowledge with your signature. We are an online dealership that has no control over the delivery or installation. Our team focuses on ensuring customers get the best prices, not the delivery date since we have no control over it. The agreement also states that the lead time is an estimation provided by the manufacturer. Your sales rep would not have called you since, and again, we do not handle any part of the delivery. If you would look at your contract, it provides a number to call if you have scheduling questions. We can also help contact them, but we don't have any control over the scheduling. If you want to cancel your order, you may, but please reread the signed contract for the terms and conditions before proceeding. Please consider editing your review since it was based on scheduling, not placing your order which is our service.Customer Response

As i stated, zero communication that my date was not going to be met. Zero. None. Nadda. The customer service thing to do at 5-6 weeks when you knew it wasnt going to arrive would have been to reach out. Potentially give your client the say if they want to wait another, in my case, 7.5 weeks, or if they wanted to go elsewhere. This company did not communicate and backed me into a corner for no good reason other than not to lose a sale. Shameful honestly.Review from Mona W

i worked with Pablo through email, text and phone, signed contract and made deposit of $914.18 on 5/26. he told me they usually install within 2 weeks. I have sent several emails to him stating I have not heard from manufacture. he did reply back on 6/6/23 stating he would contact them. On 6/12 I sent another email stating I still hadn't heard, no reply, on 6/20/23 again with no reply and again on 6/26/23 at which time informed him if I did not hear from him by the end of day I would contact the BBB, however I waited till today due to time difference. I also was checking reviews yesterday and it appears this happens often. The manufacturer should have contacted me within 2 weeks to inform they received order and approximant date for installation. I really would like my deposit back so I can find someone that will follow through with getting my carport installedMillennium Buildings, Inc. Response

We understand that the scheduling process can be difficult and inconvenient, and we apologize for any frustration you may have experienced. We are committed to ensuring the best possible experience for all our customers. Unfortunately, we do not handle the delivery or installation as a dealer. Our services are only creating a binding contract between you and the manufacturer. Your assigned manufacturer will deliver and install the unit. We understand how inconvenient this can be, and we apologize for any disruptions that may have occurred. We understand that you would like to cancel your order; however, we must advise against it since the signed contract states no refunds. Our services as the dealer were completed by creating the binding contract to place your order. The signed contract includes terms and conditions on Delivery, and we have an addendum stating delivery times are an estimated time frame provided by the manufacturer. Mr. Pablo also has an email record in your last quote with a lead time of 4-8 weeks. We will contact the manufacturer and have them call you with a more detailed time frame. If he noted a time for 4-8 weeks I’m not able to find it. I went with them because he said usually within 2 weeks. And the fact he has not replied to my last 3 emails doesn’t say much for credibility ** ****Review from Benny B
