I have been working with *** for over a year now. Most of my dealings are with ******* ******.She is always very helpful , pleasant to deal with and knowledgable.She often provides the ***** with documentation that we request that helps us manage our community.She makes my job as the ***** president easier and I appreciate that.****** ********Review from Alexis W

AMG does not resolve any issues that have been expressed in our community. The “bored” that is just the developer keeps voting to raise our rates without proper representation of the people in the community. Our pool was constructed poorly and is falling apart, and we’ve only been able to use it one summer after paying for three summers. And the list goes on for just this one development. We also have to pay another $600 to the main HOA, which is also covered by AMG. They have raise the fee the past two years I have been here. The neighborhood provides nothing but mowing green spaces. AMG has refused to provide itemized statements of where the money goes. It is just a overall a terrible HOA management company.

I have had nothing but issues with this management group. Was set up on auto draft with previous group and everything was good. Without notice that I'm aware of, I'm suddenly in collections and have seriously reached out a half dozen times and have gotten no response. The name I was given in the letter was T. W***. Emailed her with no response. Even paid the collection through the law firm just to get caught up and THAT got messed up. Hopefully this review will get attention, all I want is to talk to someone and get this taken care of. The account number I was given is not recognized by website. I would like to be able to write a follow up review as seen below, saying everything is resolved and I am happy with the results. I am not generally over zealous about these things, but not being able to get current with my dues is beyond frustrating.
