Placed an order on Memorial Day weekend, 2023. I checked back in early July and was told they were "in the sanding ****** Soon it was the end of Aug without having received the doors. I contacted them again and was told the order would be "ready to ship in 5-7 days". After 5-7 days turned into a month I contacted again (now end of Sept) and requested a full refund. No reply. They went completely dark and stopped replying to my emails. Like others, I wish I would have read the reviews before buying.Review from Tommy C

Took 6 months for the cabinet doors to be delivered. Hardware has not been received. Asked for refund but have been ignored. Awful, awful awful company and customer service.Review from Dawn D

I ordered 4 cabinet doors on 3/30/23 finally received them today, 7/19/23, over 3 months later. I definitely should have read all these reviews before ordering from this company. Im glad I only bought 4! Also, no hinges included, requested refund which Im sure I wont receive. Dont buy from these people!! Stay away!!Review from Lauren H

I ordered from this company before and everything turned out great, second time I order I still have not received my product and cannot get my money back!!! I placed the order on 4/1/23its now 6/21/23 and the company just keeps saying Im sorry were a little behind. I fought the charges with my bank but the claim was denied. DO NOT use Best Cabinet Doors!!!!!!Review from Mario D

I placed an order for ****************************** for a built in wall unit on 12/17/22 with 4-6 week lead time. On 1/10/23 I emailed requesting an ETA, they were responsive but vague. I continued over the course of the next 2 months to follow up requesting updated info on receiving my order. My customer had a final inspection approaching and needed the wall unit completed. The company continued to respond, however no definitive answer was given as to when the order would be sent out. When I originally placed the order I paid through paypal (always do when not sure about company) and finally contacted them for a full refund. They immediate refunded my full amount after providing all the details along with the printed email conversation between the ***************** I wish I would have checked reviews prior to placing my order. This company has no phone number to contact so you can speak with anyone either. STAY AWAY!!!!Review from Tobie J

I ordered a small single cabinet door January 29. Today is April 26 and I still have not received the door! I emailed them 2 1/2 months ago and they said the builder was behind schedule. I emailed them yesterday, April 25, and they told me that they dont do refunds that I could only take a store credit! Thats f****** bullshit! How are you gonna tell me I need to take store credit from a store that hasnt sent me a product for months! WTF?! do not use this company!Review from Chad W

I too wish i could negative stars. I ordered 1 cabinet replacement door and asked a lead time and price. Lead time was to be 4 weeks. It has now been 5 months. I have emailed every 1 to 2 weeks looking for updates and the responses have all been short "its in shipping" or "its awaiting painting" or "its shipping this week" and it never does. I have had to initiate all communication. I have asked for a refund multiple times with no direct answer, just "its shipping this week" and again, it never does. At this point, they have scamed me and taken my money without providing any good or service.Review from Kendra L

Like previous customers I wish I could give 0 stars. Although my order for three doors commenced in October, I have three doors, yet NO HARDWARE which was also ordered at the same time. There was a complete miscommunication on the doors--I wanted bored thus I ordered hinges, which CS actually contacted and confirmed with me. The doors are not bored, I have no hinges nor do I have k**** I have requested a refund for the k**** and hinges and even quoted the ************************ regulations yet they do not seem to care nor are they following the law. This is less than $500 so other than principal, it is not worth legal intervention.Review from Robert H

I also ordered cabinet door. I received the order in a reasonable time and good quality, however when I received the order there were no hinges that were ordered and paid for. No explanation with the order. I contacted them and they said they were on backorder with no ETA in sight, I asked for a refund of the hinges so I could purchase locally, they would only provide a store credit What am I supposed to do with that? I find that within the Uniform Commercial Code of ************** the knowingly sale of goods that are lacking complete components and renders the product unable to be used is a violation of the law and is eligible for punitive damages.
