On Jan 2023, I also purchased kitchen cabinets from Best Cabinet doors. I experienced the same problem the two other consumers mentioned. I was fortunate to have my purchase through ******, which I eventually canceled my order in March 2023. As a month went by then another with no help from the email support. I eventually was told my style cabinet was out of stock, but no one bothered to tell me that. Since I canceled my payment I did receive my doors 4 months later.Initial Complaint

I placed an order in August 2023 for cabinet doors, and none has bothered to call or email me any kind of information on my order. I have several emails to them asking about my order and have not received any kind of response from anyone. I need to know if they have finished my order or even started it at all. I either want my order done and sent to me ASAP or I want my money refunded for the order ASAP!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous that an order has been put in with this company and they can not even respond to an email.Initial Complaint

Cabinet Doors fast made 21 doors and drawer fronts for my kitchen. Needed to have an additional door and drawer front made and they made the door correctly, but did not make the drawer front properly. Informed me that I should have shared with them the first order number and then they would have matched the previous fronts to the new one. So I reordered the front, paid the money and have been waiting for the new drawer front since July 2023. Multiple emails back and forth stating everything from bad wood, glues issues..... I just want my drawer front done and in my kitchen.Initial Complaint

On April 23, 2023, my wife and I Ordered 16 painted wood cabinet doors from Best Cabinet Doors by using their online site. The payment in the amount of $2,261.39, was made via echeck from my wife's personal bank account. I have attempted to make contact via email with Best Cabinet Doors and someone has repeated responded with excuses. It has now been nine (9) months and still no doors. I can find no phone number to contact this business and I want my **** money back immediately.Initial Complaint

-credit card charge of ****** on June 19, 2023 for account number ***** -multiple emails were exchanged regarding the status of my order, the delay, and they shared it was in production and would be out for shipping in 5-7 days... multiple times -Oct 17, 2023 was the last email from customer service responding to my emails and request for a call from a manager - there has been no response to my continued emails -their website is now "under construction" for the past 3 weeks or so ***************************************************** ; I have no way of seeing the status of my order or calling for help.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on November 24, 2022 paid directly from my bank (echeck). I have emailed numerous of times received anything but excuses. I ordered cabinet doors in February 2023. I did not receive the soft close hinges for the doors. I have emailed the company numerous times with promises that I would be receiving the hinges and management would be contacted. I have had my kitchen in disarray for months as I wait for the hinges to put it back together. My kids ask me daily why the kitchen is the way it is without cabinet doors installed and instead stored in their bedroom because that is the only space I have. At this point I would like my money refunded for this major inconvenience. I have pictures of my current kitchen that has been like this for several months, as well as email documentation that the company apologized for the inconvenience and that the problem would be taken care of ASAP. I have sent the company the pictures and emails and still no response. Please let me know if more information is required.Thank you,*****Initial Complaint

I began my order on April 17, 2023. I began my follow up just before the 2 month lead time that is listed on their website's "Lead Time" page.At first, I didn't hear anything back. I called and left voice-mails. Then I was calling without leaving a voice-mail and just spamming the phone line hoping they'd pick up at some point. Then, I tried email and I've had pretty good luck with that.The emails started on July 20th, 2023 and this is what some of them read:7/20 - Waiting to be painted 8/2 - Order is in painting department, issue with priming stage that needs fixing, your order is on rush 8/14 - Order is about to go into painting, will ship within ***** business days 9/1 - Said they had a faulty batch of wood that will warp and another machine that broke 9/7 - Representative will inform production manager of urgency of my order, will ship within **** business days 9/28 - Order will ship within **** business days, order has still not been painted 10/2 - Order will be shipped within the week, order is in the painting department 10/9 - Tracking info will be available later today 10/11 - (After asking for a refund) They literally copy pasted their refund policy in the email.I think that sums up my experience pretty well. In the meantime, I've pushed clients back multiple times because I was expecting these doors to be delivered. By doing this, I incure a massive opportunity cost by not working. Ordered back in January. Still not received anything but excuses. We will get this out to you as soon as we can.On Wed, Jul 12, 2023 at 6:57?PM ******* July 14 Okay, I will let my production manager know.On Thu, Jul 13, 2023 at 8:20?PM ******* August 6 I apologize, they have not. There was an issue with the priming and had to be removed before being reprimed. They should be ready to ship out by next week.On Tue, Aug 15, 2023 at 9:42?PM ******* Sept 6 My system is showing that this order is in our painting department being primed. I apologize for the delay.On Wed, Sep 6, 2023 at 7:14?PM ******* Sept 7 I will speak with our painting department and see why this order has not been primed, it must be a system error to have been this long. Again I apologize and will make sure this gets out to you as soon as possible.Sept 25 I apologize, but it appears this order has yet to be primed. Last we spoke I had walked to the plant and let the painting department know to prime your order, however, it seems they have not. I ordered cabinets on June 20th, 2023 and paid via credit card over the phone for order #*****. During the phone call I was told that the process would take three weeks. I have asked several times for an update or refund. I was advised their policy was for no refunds and the doors would ship in 5-7 days. It's been weeks and my order still shows in production.
