            I placed an order for doors on Dec 8th. The website says lead times run 4~6 weeks. We are now at 10 weeks and counting. I have tried emailing, but the responses are just the same each time. They state the doors are "in process" and they are backed up. I asked for an expected ship date, but they will only reply with the same answers, and not provide any actual information. I need to receive these doors, or at least an expected ship date.

            This company charged me for hinges for the cabinets. They never delivered the hinges and also never gave me a date for when the hinges would be back and stock and delivered. These are a key element to my cabinets so I could not install them for over a month. When I asked for a refund for the hinges, they said they would only give me store credit, but they don't even have hinges to buy so the store credit would be unusable.

            I ordered cupboards and hinges in September. My cupboards came alone in late November after they were promised in late October. The hinges did not arrive nor is January 2nd and theyre still not here. I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked for them to be overnighted when they arrive. They refused. They refused to give me a date when I can expect these. **************** used profanity and was extremely rude.

            I ordered cabinet doors and hinges. When I received my order the hinges were not included in the package. When I called inquiring about the hinges I was told it was a supply chain issue and I would not receive the hinges for a month or two. When I asked for a refund as that was not disclosed at the time of purchase they would not refund my purchase, and only offered store credit. This was a one time project in which I needed these specific hinges. A refund would have resolved the issue as I did not receive a product I paid for, a I do not intend to "loan" Best Cabinet doors my money in the form of store credit as I have zero intention of using this company again.

            I placed and paid for an order in the amount of $544.64 on 04/22/2022 (order #*****)This was the only time I have purchased something from this vendor. On 08/22/2022 my debit card was charged $2544.64 by Best Cabinet Doors. I have disputed the fraudulent charge with my bank but it has been 3 weeks with no results yet. I have been trying to reach the vendor but no luck with that either.

            A charge of $5,000 on 12/20/21 appeared on my employee's company credit card yet the cardholder did not place any type of order with Best Cabinet Doors. I have emailed them and have left several messages and have had zero responses.
