    I traded in a car recently with this dealership and got their"Warranty". Within the first week of driving, it had to get fixed for a coolant leak, also the "detail" had left compound all over the car. They offered to fix it, gave me a loaner. Got the car back, the paint, windshield was in worse condition and still overheating. Also noticed the steering was acting up. So they said they'll fix it again. Got it back, still overheating, steering still messed up. Then the radio amp fuse has melted into the fuse box. They took it again, this time for a month. Got it back, they said they replaced the steering rack with a used one, still doing the same thing, radio fuse was melted again but not blown. After dealing with the General Manager and owner, the owner offered to take it again. There's absolutely NO REASON for a "mechanic" to "fix" issues FOUR TIMES!! Also, three of the loaners left me stranded due to their shops negligence! This is by far the absolute worst dealership in **! The only reason they kept repeating was "It's a used car with over 100k miles" and that is the crutch they use, so they can't be sued into oblivion! This place is a predatory, scam, deceitful and does not care once you purchase their used cars!

    We do care which is why the owner rode in the vehicle with the consumer.  The vehicle did not overheat when the owner was in the vehicle.  We confirmed there is a problem with the fuse box and when the owner asked the consumer when he could bring the vehicle back,the consumer got mad, demanded us to purchase the vehicle back and left the parking lot in an unsafe manner. 

    We have not told him no to any of the repairs.

    I came there with my brother to purchase a truck. ************** was not only very polite but extremely professional and informative. A great salesman to do business with. When I am in the market for another vehicle, I will certainly be coming to see **************.

    Worst car lot ever. They will make it to where you can't make regular payments, add on the next mth. So when you try to make your regular payment you can't. The next day they was at my house trying to repo car on 1 day late.

    We are sorry you feel this way.  However, E-Z Way is just the dealership and does not collect vehicle payments or service your account in any way.

    My wife and I just bought a car from E-Z Way Auto Sales in **********, ** and was told that we have to pay the sales tax on the vehicle when it isn't stated in the paperwork that we are responsible to pay the sales tax before we paid the down payment we wasn't told that we had to pay the sales tax until we signed the paperwork but they let us take the vehicle home and now they are hounding us about paying the sales tax by 9/14/2022 and if not we have to bring the vehicle back and still have to make the car payment and can't have the vehicle back until the sales tax is paid on the vehicle so tell me how that works. If we have to return the vehicle until the taxes are paid then we will want to cancel our finance agreement with them and receive all the money we have paid for the down payment and the car payment that was made on 09/10/2022

    His wife is the only person on this deal.  While his wife was in the office, it was explained to her, by the Sales Manager and the Salesperson, that due to ************** law, she would need to pay the property tax (not sales tax) owed to the *********************** before we could complete the title work on the vehicle.  She then told the Sales Manager and Salesperson she was going to pay the property tax that next week, but she did not pay it. 


    The deadline for them to pay the property tax is today in order for us to get the title work completed in time.  This is not a requirement of ours, this is a requirement of the *********************** for all property taxes to be paid before title work can be processed.    


    The customer paid the property tax today and we have received the receipt.  The title work can be processed now.
