    I purchased an appliance package in full 2/15/2024 for a total cost of $11,500 from Mert Oztin. He contacted me in March stating that my appliances had arrived and offered to hold them for me till my renovation was ready for delivery. At the end of June I contacted him for delivery. I was told by the delivery team that the earliest delivery would be July5th. I agreed to the date and delivery times. The 5th comes and I call to confirm and I am informed that my appliances are not available at that time. I was told by **** that they were moving warehouses and that my appliances where at the new location and that delivery would have to be pushed out. I offered to come pick up myself if a address would be provided. He refused to give me an address on multiple attempts of asking, He finally admitted that my appliances were locked in the storefront that he was in since the locks were changed by the leasing company due to him trying to break his lease early. He offered to purchase my appliance package again and have it delivered to me asap. I gave him a week to give me a call and produce the appliances or a confirmation of purchase. Neither were done. At that time it had already been another 2 weeks since the original delivery date of the 5th. I contacted the leasing agent which then informed me that the locks were changed due to non payment on rent for 2months. He allowed me to come and enter the building on 6/29/24. My appliances were not there. I contacted my local police department on Monday the 29th to file a complaint. I received a call from a detective stating that I am now the third ****** this year and the 6th in total to file complaints on him. He has had 5 stores and had a whistle blower piece done on him in 2019 by the local news for the same issues. Today I called Z-Line Appliances where the appliances were coming from to confirm if they were ever ordered in February. They confirmed that he is an authorized dealer but that no appliances were ever ordered.

    I was looking for a fridge for our property. I saw one advertised on marketplace from a brick and ****** store in ***************************************. They were advertising a ** top load fridge. **********, the owner posted the fridge on marketplace. I inquired about the fridge and he promptly answered. I said that I would like to come see the unit (6/22/24). He responds that he is open so I make my way to the store. I meet **** in person and inquire about the fridge that he advertised. He said that he sold the one in particular and he has one at the warehouse. I requested that the ** fridge was clean and with no dents. He said no problem. He insisted that I pay through Venmo so that he wouldn't have to pay CC charges. I payed him $267.05 on Venmo. He insured me that the unit would get delivered on Monday. It wasn't until Wed (26th) we received a whirlpool fridge that was horrendously covered in mold and trash debris and dented very badly. We refused the order and sent back to store. I called and messaged **** and he said that he would deliver a good one that same day. A fridge never came. I asked for a refund because I gave him multiple chances to make it right. He has since stopped responding and cannot get a hold of Mert. I have stopped by his business multiple times during business hours and noone is present. I've requested venmo refund from Mert, but no response or rrefund. I think I got scammed with a bait and switch tactic. I have all correspondence and times where I've called the business and requested refund. Screenshots of all. I'm looking through other reviews of this business and it seems like it is a common thread. **** dismisses them saying they are fake. I just want my money back.

    On March 27, 2024 I placed an order for a ******* Range with Appliance Direct. The sales representative/Manager ********** ensured me that the range would be delivered between April 5, 2024- April 9, 2024 so I agreed. On March 27, 2024 I paid Mert ****** in cash with ***** due upon delivery. When I contacted Appliance Direct in April for an update on delivery I was given multiple excuses like the range is being delivered to ************** etc. On May 16, 2024 a range was delivered which I thought would be the range I ordered but instead it was a GE range. I reached out to Mert from Appliance Direct and he said there was a mix up with inventory etc. I have asked **** multiple times since May 16, 2024 to come and pick up the stove and refund my money and he has yet to do so. I have been calling leaving messages and even have gone directly to the store location and all I have been given is a run around. The range they dropped off is still in my home. I have not used it and I have been without a stove since March. We are now in June and all I want is a refund and for Appliance direct to come pick up the stove they just dropped off and left. It has been a nightmare since doing business with Mert he continuously lies and makes promises that he doesnt keep. I wanted to help a smaller business instead of a big box company and that was a mistake. If I can please get some assistance with this matter I would greatly appreciate it.

    1/16/24 I ordered a brand new set washer and dryer GE. $100 paid through zelle it was Mert's requirement. Over the next 2 weeks he promised to deliver and when I was finally fed up. I left a review of his business. At that point he asked me to take the review down, and he would send me a set right over. The next day I got a delivery of a Used Unusable- Dented washer and dryer, that was also Not the correct model #. I again made a complaint. I was promised a refund, and compensation and the correct washer and dryer brand new asap. Today is Day 20! And they took another $79.99 out of my account! I've requested they pick up this unusable set, and get me what I ordered. However I'm getting Nowhere!

    We have successfully processed the cancellation of ****************** lease with Snap Finance and have retrieved the appliances she found unsatisfactory. The $100 down payment was promptly refunded on the day of pickup, February 13, 2024. Furthermore, ************** is *********** a refund for her first payment, pending the completion of paperwork for the lease cancellation.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Nothing has been done Promptly! I need a full Refund! 2 Payments Processed by Snap! Never Refunded! Also Contract hasn't been Canceled to my knowledge! Yes **** has picked up usable set! Yes he Refunded me $100 through zelle. It's what I sent him directly. And all he seems to Care about are the Reviews I've posted!! He's asked me several times to take them down!

    We have in fact officially canceled ****************** lease and have sent her a confirmation email outlining the details. Any payments made by ************** to Snap Finance will be automatically refunded to her banking account.
