Total scam artist. Sells junk, blocks reviews. And definately No warranty on anything. I suggest don't pay for anything up front. Test merchandise before paying and do not expect anything delivered on time.Review from JON B

BUYER BEWARE of Appliance Direct in ***************. Bought a used fridge from them, employee said there is a 60 day guarantee to fix or replace if something goes wrong and fridge didnt work properly (didnt cool or froze after a week and no ice). Same employee came out on May 13th to take a look and said he will replace it with another one after he couldnt fix it. On May 22nd said he has another he can deliver by the end of the week but never did. Contacted back with text and phone calls on May 25th, June 6th, June 3rd and June 5th and will not call or text back. Went to the store to try and schedule on June 5th twice during advertised work hours and no one there. On other occasions, employee is never there when the store is advertised to be open and when delivery was scheduled on the broken refrigerator, delivery people didnt even know my address, know how to turn off the water supply and I had to call and text repeatedly to try and get a time for them to deliver. Still waiting for any type of response for them selling me a fridge that doesnt work.
