We signed the contract for a new inground pool in October of 2021 and the work started in March of 2022. At this point they had 95% of the money and they stated that the pool would be done in about 90 days. It is now November of 2023 and they still have not completed my pool. They return about 1 in 10 phone calls saying that we are on the schedule but they have let us down at every single turn. Thank goodness the Attorney General for the State of Nebraska has finally filed a lawsuit but I'm not sure this will do anything to get our pool or our money back.

THE WORST!!! I started this process in May. My daughter has a rare medical disorder that causes her ribs to pop out of place, and a pool is the best thing for her. Aaron told her personally a week after she had her chest cut open and ribs wired together that she would be swimming by the time her incisions healed. That was 4 months ago, and all I have is a dirt hole. I paid 95% of the total and no one will come back to work on my pool. Owner Aaron talks so nice until you write those checks, but then refuses to talk to you again. I have left dozens of voicemails, emails, texts, and I have no idea who responds, but they give me a generic answer of they are trying to get things scheduled. Meanwhile, I have a big dirt hole with rebar and a wood frame, and a destroyed yard. The subcontractors who dug the hole have assured me that it will all be ruined if the shotcrete isnt done this fall. For weeks Premier said the shotcrete crew would be in town the week of October 23rd. They said it would not be too cold to do the concrete at that time. However, that week came and went. I emailed demanding to know when they would be here to do the concrete, and was told that they only said the crew would be in town, they didnt actually give me an appointment or say they would be at MY house. This company needs to be shut down and charges filed against the owner. I have been in contact with many other Premier customers. Dozens of people have liens filed against them from Premier not paying the subcontractors. Premier has a line in the contract they make you sign saying you cant file a complaint or tell social media anything negative about them. Most people are too scared to post anything. I guess I dont care anymore, since its obvious my pool will never be done, I have nothing to lose now. I hope this review warns people off from even considering using this company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ROB PETER TO PAY PAUL & can't even pay Paul Project Started Early 7-26-22 Aaron the Owner Collected 30% Down. He then demanded another 30% immediately before stepping foot on the property. In September 2022 a hole was dug and they demander FULL payment. which was made that week. NEVER SAW OR HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. Number blocked Voicemail Full, does not return calls or texts. By October i learned i had a Lien on my property. They never paid the contractor that dug the hole. I contacted that company that filed the lien and they said it was because Premier Pools and spas aka Stanger Enterprises refuses to pay them. Calling their office, they eventually assigned Forman to field calls but in the last year i have had a hand full of them and some of them even laugh when you make comments on the poor business aspect of their business. This year got as far as a plumber coming to do my inside work and oh boy what a disaster. They scheduled. 2 weeks out and no showed. Called to find out why and it was because Premier Towed them a lot of money. I rescheduled and the foreman agreed they would be paid in time for the reschedule. FALSE. I was stood up again. The foreman then asked if I could find a plumber for them as they don't have any, they are in good standing with.... OMG . I found them one and wow that turned into a disaster. They were asking the plumber to basically pull the permit and they work under it and didn't want to pay. I'm not a plumber or know exactly what was discussed but i was told it was illegal and that i need to run from this company from the plumber. Next is the City. With a torn-out fence, and yard, and a mountain of dirt collecting weeds alongside of a mud hole collecting water for a year you can image the city visits and fines backing up. No work has been done in a year. HOW THEY ARE A BUSINESS I WILL EVER UNDERSTAND RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY

Worst company ever. Once you pay the stop communicating. We have had a hole in our yard with standing water and no work. Multiple visits and fines from the city. Not to mention what our neighbors have to see. Truly just take you money and do nothing. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. We have a lien on our house because they could not pay contractors. Absolutely the worst pool company in Omaha. Nothing but false promises.

I have been working with Premier for 19 months. This company is nothing short of a ponzi scheeme. collecting 95% of the money before they will dig. I paid my initial deposit in August 2021 of 125K, with an additional payment of 82k on March 15, 2022 for them to break ground. They did not shoot the concrete for the pool until October 2022. Fast forward to May 2023 I still dont have a pool and no end in sight. I wish I could share my pictures of their horrific work.

Premier did an awesome job with my pool. I vetted 2 other builders based on these BBB reviews. But honestly the knowledge and professionalism made Premier stand out! I think their ability to stand behind their work speaks hugely. They truly care about their clients and their own reputation.

Had a great build with Premier. Install was done on time as promised. Minor delay in the custom autocover but well worth the wait. Erik was awesome to deal with. They always answer unlike my previous pool builder. Would highly recommend.

These guys are horrible. I'm not a customer. I'm the neighbor of a customer. These guys have repeatedly damaged my property while installing my neighbor's pool. I wasn't able to start getting anything repaired until I got an attorney involved. It's still not all fixed and looks like i'll have to go back to the attorney to get the remaining damage corrected. And the pool's not done yet. First they dug the neighbor's pool, then left. With all the spring rain, the hole filled with water and sat. And became putrid storm water. The neighbor complained. They came on Memorial Day, late in the afternoon, and started pumping the putrid storm water into my back yard. When I noticed my backyard was flooding, I went and asked the worker to stop. Originally he said no, but when I threatened to call the county, they stopped. From talking to my other neighbor, they tried pumping it into her yard the next day, until she caught them and they stopped. Finally they dumped it to the storm sewer. Next when they came to spray the pool, they covered about 100 linear feet of my fence with gunite spray. I'm not even sure how they got that much over spray that far away from the pool, but the fence was covered. When I tried to contact them about the issue, they wouldn't return my calls. So I got a lawyer involved. They said it would come off easy with a pressure washer. It didn't. They worked for two hours on one panel and nothing came off. It was on so hard you couldn't scrape it off with a screwdriver. So, they came back with a liquid chemical (probably an acid or a base solution) and sprayed the fence. It got the gunite off the fence. Whatever the chemical was, it took chunks of paint off the fence and killed about 600 sq. ft. of grass - dead - within 30 minutes. I repainted the areas on the fence. The grass is still dead. I was able to get a hold of them about the grass. The project manager told me I'm on his "list" to fix it. It's been 2 months. I'm not holding my breath.
