    On Thanksgiving evening, the Ethernet connection in our apartment completely failed. After contacting Single Digits and waiting three weeks for them to send out two technicians on two separate days, they finally found out that the switch had malfunctioned, only having 4 functioning ports on it. They promised to get a replacement for the switch, and contacted a third party to handle the delivery and future technicians to help properly replace ***** has since been another 4 weeks, and nothing has been done to advance the solution any further. Countless calls from both the apartment's main office and myself have led to nothing; no estimated delivery dates, no assurance of technicians arriving, and no signs of generally anything getting done to fix the solution.

    This business has failed to provide the technical support they claim to provide. It has been 11 days without internet service. I have been calling every day to receive support and have the issue fixed, but my calls are placed on hold for ***** minutes, and I am consistently lied to about the status of support. They lie about technicians coming to fix the problem, they ignore my requests to speak with upper management, and the support they offer is far below par.

    I am filing a formal complaint against Single Digits, the internet provider contracted by ********, which manages my residential building. For two years, I have endured repeated service disruptions and inadequate support from ************************* the exclusive provider, Single Digits leaves residents no choice but to rely on their unreliable service. The primary issues include:1.Frequent Outages:Outages occur every few months, lasting days at a time, disrupting residents who work remotely.2.Lack of ************************ is nearly impossible to reach. Calls, live chat, and tickets often go unanswered for hours, even for our building staff.3.Poor Communication:Outages are vaguely described as being worked on with no cause or resolution timeline provided. One instance lasted four days during a workweek, forcing me to find another place to work, affecting my productivity and mental *************** Accountability:Despite frequent outages, Single Digits offers no compensation or effort to address the root cause. Residents pay premium rates for subpar service without recourse.5.Infrastructure Challenges:With no cell service in the building, using a mobile hotspot during outages is nearly impossible, compounding the frustration.This ongoing lack of reliability, communication, and accountability undermines the quality of living we were promised. I believe Single Digits is understaffed and unable to meet its obligations to residents. Immediate action is needed to address these issues.

    Property wide internet outage for more than a week.Complete lack of communication from their support team.Lack of communication about potential ETR for the issue. The outage has left everyone in my entire apartment property without internet for over a week during the holidays. I have reached out several times with no help. This isn't an isolated incident, as we've had major outages nearly every year and they are often 2 or 3 weeks long. Nothing against the technicians, just an issue with how the company is ran, the customer support, and their infrasctructure.

    At the beginning of November, my internet provider updated our Wi-Fi. Since upgrading, numerous connectivity problems have occurred, including an issue with the new Wi-Fi itself not even showing up as available at my house, or if I am able to connect to it, the connection is unstable and disconnects after about 5 seconds. These problems have been brought up to the provider in regards to the new internet since it was installed, along with other issues being brought to their attention since August 15th, when I moved into the complex. They still charge me every month for internet, yet i have only gotten to connect to the "new" service they provided me about 3 times total, all for less than 5 seconds. They keep acknowledging that their is an "issue", yet just keep referring me to "senior technicians" who have no name or contact information. They also send emails saying "your technician will be here on x date" just for them to not show up and say they did. The speeds they are advertising and putting into my lease agreement, are nowhere close to the actual speeds they produce and provide.

    On October 1st, the internet went out in my apartment including our ethernet ports. My apartment complex was told that Single Digits was going to send a representative out that day. My apartment specifically has had an issue where we can connect to the wi-fi in other parts of the building, except for our room, and our ethernet ports don't work at all. As of writing (October 17, 2024), a representative has still not been sent out to correct the issue. After calling technical support on October 4, I was given a case number and told that support would call me with updates (they never updated me despite being able to tell me new information each call). Since then, I have made 4 more phone calls and was told repeatedly that my issue is being worked on, but no engineer has ever visited despite several other tenants in other rooms calling about similar issues. This morning, I was told that the senior technicians are working on remote troubleshooting solutions, and that there would not be an engineer sent onsite until these remote solutions have been exhausted. However, if this case has been worked on for 2.5 weeks at this point, there should not be any remote work, especially since they had to escalate my situation from a level 4 up to a level 2 (which they also did not inform me about until call number 3).

    Our Ethernet connections in our student living apartments have not worked for approximately 3 weeks now. We have called, filed tickets, contacted the leasing office, who has also contacted Single Digits to have a technician come out. Our leasing office has stated they cannot/ not allowed to work on SingleDigits property. Unfortunately our efforts have been exhausted because here we are three weeks later and single digits can only update our ticket and does not have a technician available to dispatch to our location. I have provided 24/7 access to our unit in a 5 day increment schedule 4 times now so they have continued availability. For reference Case #***.652.42 ***.704.42 ***.652.42 These are all the ticket numbers l've been provided with.Thank you for your time, Im a full time employee with **************** Government and a full time online student and I just want to be able to do my homework, assignments in the comfort of my home.

    We moved into our current apt complex April 15, 2024 and the internet which is provided by Single Digits has never fully functioned. Working from home we have to have a solid connection to the internet. Over the past 5 months, the internet has gone down (both wifi and ethernet) at least 10 times. We wake up to no ethernet, no wifi and unable to get any answers from single digits or our apartment complex who contracted with them. In May 2024, Single digits came out and looked over the "rukus" device that provides wifi extension through the apartment. They took the "broken" device and have NOT YET returned with a new one. Which means we are running off our neighbors wifi or our cellular data. Today, no internet again. We called single digits only to be told they do not know when they can come out to fix the internet. They also advised that their technicians do not have the "proper tools" to fix the issue. This is a business problem, not a consumer problem. They had no recollection of our rukus device not working, being replaced or that we even called at all. HOW can we get this to work if they cannot even document when clients call in. At this point i'm looking into a lawyer to help break out apartment contract because i'm on the verge of losing my job because of a s***** internet company. We signed a 15 month lease. I would at least like functioning internet until we can decide if moving or staying is the best option. And to return the wifi device they promised through the apartment contract. We are unable to sign new internet to this apartment due to the ***** like contract with internet.

    Hello- I have an issue regarding insufficient technical and physical customer support from ********************. I work as a radiologist and sometimes have to work from home on the computer. To do so, I need a hard wired computer internet connection so I can connect with the hospitals system. I have all the hardware needed to set up this system, but single digits did not set up the internet system correctly on their end when it was first installed in my unit. Because of this, I am unable to use my work computer at home and it is preventing me from doing my job. I have asked them numerous times to please send out a physical person to help troubleshoot things, but instead they forward me to someone else or promise I will be contacted by a technician that will help. I am not even sure if they have an actual person that can do any customer support. I am in trouble if I cannot get things figured out in the next couple weeks, and not sure what other alternatives I have because my apartment complex uses single digits and prohibits other internet providers. I need a physical technician to help reinstall the system at my unit. This should be a basic part of any internet customer service, but I do not think ******************** has one!     Wired internet issues. Called several times, waited on hold for hours. Finally was given a case number regarding my issue. Called back to follow up and was finally able to talk to a manager. Manager told me technician would come and fix my Ethernet port. The technician never showed up on the given date and time for the appointment.
