            On April 9 th I purchased a vehicle Audi Q7. The vehicle had engine damage so I returned vehicle. I swapped vehicle out for another Audi 2017. The vehicle was being financed by Exeter finance. The first vehicle was approved, the second vehicle was not approved. Instead of returning my money they falsely placed me into the second vehicle without the case being closed from the first vehicle. ****** finance knew nothing of the second loan because it was denied by them on April 26 2024. On April 30th I received a denial letter in the mail for the second vehicle and I was driving it without a financial company approving my loan. Exter finance expected me to pay for a loan with a totally different vin number because the auto company excel finance was doing unethical practices all for greed. I would like this situation resolved and my money returned back to me in full. I have none of the vehicles both were returned due to non drivable conditions. I want nothing to do with excel auto lounge as they practice unlawful and unethical practices with their consumers.

            Both deals were returned to the lender and both loans were canceled.   The customer can pick up their refund at any time.

            On February 10th 2024, I went to Excel Auto Lounge seeking a vehicle to purchase. After a few hours I was able to strike a deal for a 2016 Huyndai Veloster Turbo. I financed the vehcile and took it home the same day. After driving approximately ***** miles and reaching my home, the check engine light came on. I brought the car back where a diagnostic revealed 7 engine codes. The dealership kept the car to do repair work for nearly a week in which time i was forced to uber to and from work. I retrieved the vehcile, drove exactly 3 miles to habe the *** light again. I turned around and again, went through the repaor process with the dealer. I took the car to my own mechanic and found the vehicle to be heavily modified and dangerous as the brake calipers were leaking. I had the vehcile towed back to the dealership and deposited the keys. A change of collateral was filed and I drove off with a 2017 veloster. Again, on my trip home the *** of this vehcile also lit up. I again repeated the process to have the dealer repair the vehicle. The catalytic converter was replace and I later had all 4 cylinders of the engine misfiring. Again... dealer repair process. The 2017 veloster was advertised for 9100 dollars and I found out that through hidden legal jargon I was charge over ****** dollars for a 7 year old car with 105k miles. I was obviously not very pleased. Around Monday April 8th 2024, our EZpass was billed over 20 dollars. It turns out the dealership b**** the registration after reselling the 2016 veloster. The 2016 veloster has since been impounded and I am receiving invoices for towing and storage fees. I towed and returned the 2016 veloster back the the dealer on February 26th 2024.

            Registration for vehicle is still in my name, I'm still being held accountable to towing and storage fees. Any attempt on the business's behalf to rectify the situation has yield zero result as of this response.

            We are working with the state and will cover all fees.   The vehicle registration will be removed as soon as the ** MVC processes the title work.

            This business on November 24,2023 I was told by a representative of excel auto lounge that if I put my deposit down of 500 they will hold a car for me because I was pending insurance approval. A few days passed and I wasnt approved for the insurance. I have tried to get my money back several times. When I call and speak to a sale representative he puts me on hold and then Im sent to voicemail. When I do get someone they say they will call back and never do. This happened multiple times. I called my card company and they said they do not want to answer my card companys calls or emails. They are bent on robbing me of my deposit, they arent committed to their customers best interest its obvious by their actions that if they believe they can get over on you they will.

            On Feb 5 2024 I want down to look on a car that I was thinking of buying but wasn’t sure so they told me that if I put down a refundable bepsit they will take it off the site and I will have 48 hours to decide so I did that and I requested back the deposit cuz I didn’t wanna end up getting this car and they never gave it back to me At this moment I keep on getting a answer waiting for the manager but some how I never got my credit back Please look into this matter

            We are in communication with the customer.  There was an error on the title and the customer sent it back to us for correction.  It is being processed by the state and we keep the customer updated weekly
